My friend got the call. He was 506 on the waiting list and he got sorted at 4.35pm..
Website doesn't say sold out! So people, who are less than 650, if I was you, I'd make sure my phone was ringing LOUD AND LOUD because I reckon this "special team" probably called it a day at 5pm (which means probably only got to 510 or something like that) and will restart in the morning.

Nervous isnt the word, been refreshing rawk all day in work, checking what numbers are getting sorted etc. And iv also got a mate waiting on sorting me a lift out. So I would like lfc TO to get there arses in gear.

Still had no email, bought on Thursday online after ballot because i was away with work. I collected my tickets in person for Cardiff and Everton. Whats the score if tickets dont turn up? Do you contact Liverpool or Wembley direct to arrange duplicates?

I wouldn't use them to be honest (I'm actually amazed Leigh is running a coach as he never used to run coaches to any london games before), coach takes an absolute age and with the late kick off it won't get back to leeds until well after midnight (probably 1am). Going down in car is better, that's what my mates and I are doing from bradford.

Did you just get a single ticket or more than 1? I got 4 through my online login but the tracking email (addressed to me by name) actually went to my mates email address. Pain in the arse but tickets should be with me thursday morning, that's assuming they actually send it to my parents address.

Spoke to Customer Services again this morning (they must be getting fed up of me calling them!). Person I spoke didn't have details about how the "special team" operates but she thought they may focus on the Swansea sale before resuming calling people for the FA cup final tickets...

Just had the call one minute ago - I was nr 524 on the waiting list. I was told they only had tickets priced at £45 left to sell, which seemed surprising as they previously said most of the 200 tickets were £115. Anyway, got one in 512 so over the moon now!

Obviously not trusting Royal Mail so getting a mate to pick up at the TO.

I don't won't to play the devil's advocate, but is it possible that they've somehow mixed it up due to your original request of sorting both tickets at the same time? Or possibly a missed call? If I were you I'd get on to Customer Services ASAP to find out what's going on...

phoned them twice the first girl told me it was all sold out and i wouldn't get a ticket , when I asked why I wasn't called in rotation she hung up on me - nice

been on again - a lovely girl is now gonna chase it up for me apparently all the tickets are being sorted from anfield and not the downtown office - at least I will know one way or another

Sold out? People until nr 650 on waiting list should get sorted - unless TO decides to keep tickets for themselves that is.
