Might be this.

Its great to see Kenny more relaxed while talking to his daughter - he only looks like he wants to strangle her two or three times
If my assistant had not signalled a goal, I would have given a penalty and sent off goalkeeper Patr Cheh. he beeped me to signal the foul. The noise from the crowd  stopped me hearing it, I have been involved at places like Barcelona, Ibrox, Old Trafford, Arsenal, but I've never in my life been involved in such an atmosphere. IT WAS INCREDIBLE

Watching that just brings a smile to your face. Don't think there is anyone I potentially could be happier with more except for Rafa, but at least there are two great Liverpool managers available and one is in the hot seat.

So much more forthcoming as well.

Never gives much away, but still refreshing to have a manager who doesn't sit there and moan about injuries or not having enough cash to spend  – everything is "we'll deal with it" "we'll get on with it" "we'll dust wersel's doon"...  You put that interview into the context of how much has been written about his demeanour in the press, and it just goes to show how calm and level-headed the man is, and that he rightly doesn't have much truck with what masquerades as journalism and broadcasting nowadays. I think this is why everyone who follows us should watch it because it's really him in his element.

Infact I've sent it onto a Spurs fan who doesn't like him due to his demeanour.

Can't watch those links while at work, but I'm assuming those are the full 30 minute interview? I saw the 6-minute one over the weekend, but I noticed on the old twitter machine that Kelly mentioned there is an extended interview that would be airing.

I  think the thing that really struck me watching this was the pace of the interview. It's a bit slower and Kenny is given time to answer - so he comes across very well.

Shreeves and the like try to hurry him, they don't even let him answer one question before they interrupt him.

I think it's a huge disadvantage Kenny has, he's not slow of mind far from it but he is slower in his speech, there is bit of nodding, and erming and ahemming before he gets what he wants to say said. On Sky they always push and cut in over the top of him and then some of our fans (who to be honest are a bit dim in this regard) get all well he seems on edge or punchy but it's actually the interviewers and their style creating the situation where the interviews are choppy and don't flow.

Yes, good to see KD relaxed etc. but it was hardly a revealing interview and nothing said that was particularly informative or that we had not heard before.

That wasn't Hard-Talk or similar where interviewer puts subject through hard hitting questions i.e. interrogation and I personally wouldn't want Kenny to be subjected to one.  His work during his second tenure wouldn't justified it and even though he's being interviewed by his daughter he is there as Kenneth Dalglish, Liverpool Manager.

Part of what is being implemented in Liverpool Football Club is keeping things in-house, if needed a statement is given but things should not be played out in the public view.  It has been criticized by many how the silence is deafening regarding many issues within the club but that is how it want's to conclude it's business...and many of us supporters concur with that.

There are a few instances that could have been done differently, Kenny mentions the Suarez saga as one, but they learn from it.  It is quite tough in modern age to keep things tight and secretive, even intelligence services have problems, but in whole it looks like we're doing an ok job in that respect.

I personally liked this interview, Kenny reiterates his views on how things should be done and doesn't shy away from criticism.  And it is enjoyable to see him relaxed.  A lot of supporters could do with watching that interview if just to get a droplet of what this club is all about.

A lot of players needed to watch that too.

Was a good interview.

Disagree. Some of his interviews with the BBC after games have been good, because the Beeb are more reasonable interviewers. Some of his press conferences are comedy gold, he gets some good banter going. He gives some great answers.

The idea he 'hates' them all is bullshit. He just hates the rude fucks who have an obvious agenda, interrupt him, talk over him and have already written their stories - and fair enough too. I'm not one of the fans who has ever questioned the way he handles the media, I think the media get the interviews they deserve.

What gets me is the lack of respect the media generally have for him.  Durham said on Talkshite that Fergie is equally obtuse with the media but gets away with it as he has earned a level of respect that Kenny hasn't.  Wtf - hasn't he read Kenny's CV.  Oh, hang on.  Football didn't exist before the Prem...

Indeed.  Only the second manager to win the title with two different clubs for example.

The manc-loving media hate all things Liverpool at the end of the day.  They're desperate for us to fail.
