The red was weird, the ref really hasn't got much choice there, but I couldn't say Doni did anything I wouldn't have wanted him to do in that situation. Unfortunate mistake to put him into that position in the first place, but Flanno's young and he absolutely will not be forgetting that one in a hurry.
The second penalty, again can't really argue, though it's less clear cut than the first one was.
Thought the free-kick they scored from was an utter joke, no way was that deliberate handball, Bellamy's arm was by his side, not raised. Or so it looked to me, for some reason I didn't see any replays.

Carroll deserved the goal, never stopped working, even though he was more or less stranded on his own for large parts of the match.
Shelvey, just class and confidence. Needs to keep his head up a bit more often, but with Bellamy telling him that very clearly, hopefully it's something that will come with time.
Henderson was solid. Coates looked impressive.
Maxi. He scores goals. We need a bit more of that.
Again the team was cursed with terrible luck, but for once we just got on with it and won the match anyway.
