Boys became men today. I couldn't fault a single one of the 10 remaining players tonight. Henderson played out of his skin. And I've never said that of him before. Shelvey was awesome. Rea; grit and determination all round. Well done lads.

Really feel for Doni, he looked so crushed.

What a match.......I screamed like a madman when Andy scored......what a finale.

Andy played very well.....he fought for every ball and used it well when he won it.

Shelvey was excellent until the sending off when he had to play much deeper.

Maxi - just showed that all you need to do is to be in the right place.......a skill that not many have,

Bellamy - fought like a demented dog.

Johnston had a good game but looked tired.

Skrtel brilliant. Agger looked class.

MOTM by a country mile was Henderson. He ran his heart out.

Feel sorry for Doni - he couldn't have done anything else.

Alot of character shown out there tonight...

Apart from the keepers, flanno and bad defending for Blackburn's first...all our players were fantastic.

Jumped up and hugged my mate for the winner, not done that one for a while! Nice to see us get that winner in a tough game. Not filled with confidence by Jones for saturday but we need to get behind him and probably just score more goals than them. Jonjo was excellent tonight and it's gonna be great to have most of our amazing back 4 back, plus Stevie and Luis. Really hope Jonjo and Maxi get some time.
