Maxi HAS to start. Same with Bellamy. They just give us cutting edge that we desperately lack

They're both so much better than Downing (and Kuyt) it's untrue. I personally think we're better when Carroll's at the head of our attack rather than Suarez, simply because he isn't a 'striker', but I wouldn't mind it if Maxi, Suarez and Bellamy were the front three.

What is ludicrous, and really worrying, is why indeed Maxi was dropped at all... for the past eight months. Finished last season superbly, has no quality in front of him (Bellamy and Suarez aside) - whose dog did he run over?

Anything more that 6m for Joe Allen and we have been ripped off.

Loads of Joe allens out there.

I would like to see him stay at Swansea myself and see if he can have another decent season. He is a championship player - players like a championship player.

That's something in itself, but it's more than that. Maxi has been barely given a single chance all season, and look what he's done now that he has been. You take into account last year's form as well and the whole thing becomes a mystery, because Kenny got this badly wrong indeed, especially since we've been crying out for someone who could, you know, score... all season.

Hahaha. Cock.
She'd say, "Would you stop naming nuts!" And Hubert used to be able to make the sound, he couldn't talk, but he'd go "rrrawr rrawr" and that sounded like Macadamia nut. Pine nut, which is a nut, but it's also the name of a town. Pistachio nut. Red pistachio nut. Natural, all natural white pistachio nut.

He's 18/19 FFS

I remember Carragher and every young scouse lad getting stick when they first came into the team

A few bad passes tonight and the early yellow didnt help him

Yeah he is on - but we are going to again blame the Goal keeper but dont forget last time he had first team run out? but we give Flanagan the go old "He's only such an age" so fecking what he is all right bouncing round in his fat ride and going the bank based on his bad play

Well it wouldn't have been 1-0 down, but rather 2-1 up still. Haven't seen it so I'm surprised he fouled him too, really tried to take one for the team there to be fair to Doni. Cost himself a guaranteed starting place in the FA Cup semi to try and stop them scoring. If all our players had that attitude then we'd be 15 points better off. Well done to him.

Jones isnt our backup he is our starter. Do we have to get a goalie from the academy or can we have an emergency transfer?

Is there a chance we would appeal the red card just to get the ban delayed for Saturday, and then take the extra game? Has anyone ever done that? The extra game wouldn't matter because Reina would be back by then anyway.

Not a bad shout that. How long do you get to appeal? Could leave it till the last minute so that they can't make an instant decision. If that's even possible...

If you are looking for a scapegoat, there are far, far more deserving candidates than a 19 year old right back who has played a handful of senior games.

Maybe, knowing The FA they would fast track the appeal and here it and 10.45am on Saturday.
