It is looking like the regular tickets are sold out - nothing's coming up.   Still VIP tickets available though.

Hopefully more tickets in our section will be released on Tuesday during the general sale for anyone who missed out today.

The number of people within a couple hours of Baltimore is massive!  Only 34K people can see them in Boston.

NYC - 3 1/2 hrs
DC - 1 hr
Philadelphia - 2 hours

Between the growing number of Spurs fans, the sheer numbers of US Reds, and neutral PL fans this should do quite well.

OK was goin off NJ in 2004 which was only a third full

Interestingly, Chelsea is playing Milan on the same day about 30 miles away (Fed Ex Field), so I will be interested to see how that impacts attendance.  We got the better, more accessible stadium, though, even if it's purple.

Depends on what you're looking for.  You can stay in the suburbs or out at BWI airport cheap and travel in via light rail very easily.  Or if you want to stay in the city, the Inner Harbor area has lots of hotels.

Just looking at a few around Inner Harbour, prices seem ok. Cheers!

Can we New Yorkers coordinate on taking a train together? Would be cool to go and come back with reds, just like I did with the aways I went to this season in England!

I'm goin to take the bus to both games. Bolt bus or something like that. It's cheaper than the train.

Seems like a lot of the better seats in the LFC section went today in the presale. I don't know how many they're holding back. Looks like the price is the same though.

Don't want to take the risk of being late - looked at Bolt Bus schedules, on Saturdays in the short term they only run 1 bus in the morning that arrives just before noon if I remember correctly. 1 hour to soak in the atmosphere and whatnot, I don't think that's enough. Also, I may have to go back to work after the game - train gets me back to NYC much faster than the bus.

Yes! That would be so fun! I think we're planning on taking an early morning train there (7 or 8am?) ....   FryBaconFace (Dave) has family thereabouts, so we might stay the evening.  Let's stay in touch. PM me your email or something? Do you go to the 11th Street Bar?

I do go to the bar, not *that* consistently depending on how much uni work I've got to do. Will PM you now with my email address.

Probably taking the train as well. Bus is cheaper for sure, but being stuck in traffic is way too aggravating at times.

Got 2 tickets in Upper Sideline Section 500 - looks like it may be nosebleed territory....

Baltimore is a great option, we can drive there easily - Boston flights and hotel were looking ridiculously expensive.

Slainte, before/after the game?

Slainte is awesome. I was there for the CC final. It was a good 50'ish reds and 3-4 annoying Cardiff c**ts who were singing fucking all game long. But it was awesome by the time the penalties were over :)

Try again if you got the no seats available message for the match in Baltimore. They've released more.

Section 141 row 2 for me.

Already had the room booked in the Inner Harbor. Did that last weekend. :P

can't believe tickets are on sale already.  i won't be able to commit to buying tickets for a bit yet.

needless to say i hope my family wins the mega millions tonight... a cool $640 million would do a lot to ensure money's not a problem on these trips

None, except this is a pre-sale. So those bought during the presale will get the front rows behind the goal.

guys .. trust me the traffic on this one might be bad .. especially since there are baseball matches and AC milan vs Chelsea(?) matches on the same day ... last year.. it took us 2 hours to get out of the parking lot for the ManU Barcelona match ..  and lot of my friends driving from NYC were stuck in traffic even though they were just 4-5 miles away from stadium ..
