You only rely on streams as a last resort.  Most are a bit shit.  By the time the game has ended your stream will be around the 75th min mark at best.  Most times I simply fuck it off and put the radio on.

Streams these days are literally about 5 seconds behind for me. What streams are you using, anything over 30 seconds is out of the ordinary I think
