What a great performance, start to finish, all through. Suarez poking about all the time, and trying to provide, and so, so almost. Carroll was superb, held everything and moved it on, and he knows where to play a pass, and he can defend, strong chest he has. Henderson was smart, a couple of sharp balls up the line. Spearing, I might be delusional now, but he won a header or two in midfield. And the defence, so deep, is so good now, we were deep all night ( but never looked pulled out of position: Skirtl and Carragher were superb. Enrique and Kelly were looking to get in their box all night, and both could have scored.
