mother of god.

Dont worry though mate the Premier league is still the bestest.  Utd let them look good and win. Much the same as Everton did with us the other night. ::)

The next person who insists on referring to Athletic Bilbao as "Bilboa" is going to get a PM with a hi-resolution photograph of Paul Scholes' ginger chode.

And why do you have a picture of that?!

Fucking scary how the fourth best team in spain demolished the so called best team in england.

Is our league really that far behind?

The fifth best team in England demolished the 3rd best team in Spain.

Man Utd always have problems with teams who press high up the pitch and don't surrender possession of the ball like many do in the premiership. They also lack any real quality in the centre of midfield a position that is absolutely KEY if you want to control the tempo of a game in a European tie. The Spanish way of passing the ball quickly and accurately has really took off these past few years which is why Swansea get so many plaudits at the moment.

The leagues shouldn't be compared because of matches happening in Europe but more the football philosophy.

imagine if rafa was in charge when we got the torres money and in the summer...lorente instead of caroll, munain instead of stuart, herrera instead of hendersen, martinez instead of fucking adams! :no :butt :'(

Adams? whos he?. Different league and they arnt exactly winning each week in their own league. I dont watch Spanish footy much and if you watched our champions league run you probably thought half of that team were world class. Thats why Dudek went to Real :D

Are they fuck.

Not even close.

Mentioned it last night a few times - Napoli are some of the worst fans on the planet. Detestable bastards who act like animals whenever they travel away from Naples. Witnessed them spitting at people in Liverpool colours and harassing every young women brave enough to walk past them and that was just in a 10 minute spell.

Been told plenty of other shady tales of people who went to the away tie as well. Gangs on nobheads patrolling the streets looking to batter and mug any away fans who had made the trip.
