Just rename the programme 'Business Plan'...and have shots of people using Microsoft Word...coffee fueled typing at 3.am...chewing a pencil while staring blankly at a (blank) monitor and tossing paper balls into a bin etc etc....

would only be on for one night...but would save the endless parade of meaningless tasks and sham dismissals
The production of too many useful things results in too many useless people.

I think it was one of the worst PM performances I've ever seen on the Apprentice. I don't know why she didn't get fired. Seemed like LS didn't fire her because she was enthusiastic.

Agree with the above but I think similar things happened in old series where Mr Sugar recognised a candidate was generally good and saved them despite a very poor performance in a particular task, dismissing other people seemingly on whims or with flimsy pretexts.

I agree that I thought Jade should go last night but she's been a fair bit more competenet than Azhar this series.  She wasn't great but can't see why people seem to think she was terrible. One of the 'worst PM performances'? They didn't lose by all that much.

Azhar's been terrible, at best a non-event. I can't think of a single positive business contribution, he moans a lot and even when he won his task his team all but told him that they had won due to luck and effectively despite his leadership.

He was going to go at some point, might as well be now. I'd rather have Jade working for me I think.

It was such an easy and simple task. They were given money, floor space in a shopping mall/market and access to two vehicles to restock. Making money isn't bloody hard to do. But they lost because they had no idea what they were doing, no idea what was selling well, no idea how to split up their stock and then flogged everything they had for about half the price they could've done. Giving stuff away for free isn't good selling.

She was all over the place.
It's wonderful, it's marvellous, it's 3-3

Terrible decision yet again from Sugar. That is 3 in a week now. Is this programme becoming a farce?

Not sure why people are getting wound up. It's a tv reality show. It's not an open university programme about business management. It's a comedy show where you get to piss yourself at over-confident twats making knobs of themselves. And of course a bit of ogling at young ladies in crisp white shirts and business suits for the dirty minded.

Tom cost his team the task so he should have gone, seeing as he got rid of Dwayne for that reason, despite his past performance.

Good decision. She offered nothing.

Tom is a decent candidate, and Sugar doesn't have to fire someone based on one task. It's also about how you deal with your failure - he was very straight, very clear and very honest. Didn't try to bullshit, just tried to deflect a bit of criticism which is entirely fair enough.

I agree with the 4 the audience think will make the final - I think Tom, Nick and Gabrielle are the best, with one of Ricky or Adam.

I think it was one of the worst PM performances I've ever seen on the Apprentice. I don't know why she didn't get fired. Seemed like LS didn't fire her because she was enthusiastic.

Was thinking the same thing. The woman's got the subtlety of a blunt axe and doesn't listen AT ALL.

Am catching up on three weeks of Apprentice and You're Fired and this episode was just shocking. And she took Tom into the board room ffs....If it wasn't for him she would've been lost at sea. No idea what she was doing and I can't believe Lord Sugar didn't fire her.

Gutted Tom's team didn't win tonight (can you tell I've got a crush on him?) Ha ha! But Gabrielle had the edge with her enthusiasm for art. Her team deserved to win scraped through despite diabolically losing the corporate client... But I think Steven (the prick) is mostly to blame for the latter.

I admire Tom's honesty in holding his hand up and saying I'm at fault. Also agree with some of you who are saying Laura didn't really contribute much to the process and had to go... Tom is obviously the better candidate.

Jade...Jesus I just want to throw her into an errupting volcano.

From where I'm sat the selling point of Banksy is the politics and the placement of his work, not his lack of public appearance. Also he's the stencil artist that made it mainstream first, the wider audience isn't bothered with another stencil/print artist even if there are some better or more original ones.

Well not maybe the only selling point but that wasn't the debate I was trying to start.

I just meant his lack of identity is a fairly significant part of the character and aura that surrounds his work. It was hardly an absurd thing for the contestant to say when explaining what he was.

Aye, but initially from what I remember Banksy was a political thing, only later when he got real coverage and became a household name people gave a toss if they knew him or not.

True. He was 'revealed' at one point by a paper, but unsure if that's right. To be honest, I'm sure half the media know him but keep it secret as long-term it's a better story.

On an Apprentice related note, I think the right one went this week. Tom's good, she's not and she sold rubbishly despite it being her supposed attribute. They still would have won had she not been a complete disaster at selling and sold the same as the others.

Hahaha grandeur! All that bloke does is come up with stupid ideas all the time just so he can say he is having ideas, if any of them get followed its a disaster.

Think Tom will lose it though, its set up for it, seemingly got the better team and meant to know his stuff, so he has got to fuck it up.

He wanted to call the wine 'Chink'.

It beggars belief, it really does. Watch him blame everyone else for his problems, although it looks like he'll win.

Their stupid wedding advert was the worst thing I've EVER seen. Made English sparkling wine seem cheap, gimmicky and shite. The other one made it looked like a normal, realistic drinking option, which was surely the point.
