I find it slightly amusing that they are "liking" their own comments on facebook, just because all the others against them are quite well liked. I was concerned that someone was actually sticking up for them until I saw it was actually themselves.

I welcome any initiative to help rid the game of racism, but this is so obviously an attempt to gain publicity by jumping on the back of the anti-Suarez bandwagon that its difficult to take them seriously.

That's the thing that kills me - I fucking hate racists, and would love to kick the worthless bollocks off anyone perpetrating it. To see us being labelled that way hurts like anything. I wonder how many of the clueless bandwagon jumping gobshites who put this piece of drivel together have ever spent a saturday afternoon at Millwall. I'd seriously welcome their observations when comparing that to a match at Anfield....

The club 'presided over worst racism incident in recent years' - one of the most ridiculous claims I've heard in this whole mess.

This hysterical reaction, faux concern and self-importance really annoys me.

When Ferguson launched his astonishing tirade about Suarez after the game at Old Trafford instead of fighting fire with fire we curled up in ball and let him and the press kick the shite out us.

When they had finished instead of crying foul we then apologised. That just gave the green light to anyone who fancied scoring cheap points and garnering free publicity.

You back down to a bully and every other bully sees it as open season. This for me was always going to end in two ways we either fight back and make it clear that if you want to attack us we will make you pay or we gift wrap Kenny and Luis and use them as a sacrificial lamb and admit that they are racists when they are not and limit the damage.

Knowing the spineless bastards in charge it will probably be the latter.
One thing does need to be said: in the post-Benitez era, there was media-led clamour (but also some politicking going on at the club) to make the club more English; the idea being that the club had lost the very essence of what it means to be ‘Liverpool’. Guillem Ballague 18/11/10

Recent posts on here suggest their little attempt to jump on the bandwagon has gone a bit pear shaped by all accounts.  More of a joke FB page that.  However would love the club to come out against this sort of nonsense, otherwise when will it end?  Will some other obscure group/individual next week chance their arm?

At least it better be.

It might get messy, with us accused of more racism. But this open season, accusing us of racism is just absurd. Thought the matter was over, but the only way this will stop is with some form of legal action. Against who and what form that will take, I don't know. Someone with more sound legal knowledge would know. I hope the owners are getting good advice.

I have a feeling they might just come out and say 'sorry for being racist' which would be unbelievable.

The timing of this is utterly ridiculous. Tying this into the Stephen Lawrence case is sickening and classless.

Totally agree. Ive reported the Facebook page. If loads of us do, they may have to shut it down - long shot, but worth a try. For me, its bordering on stirring up racial hatred towards LFC now by linking it to the Stephen Lawrence case and for that reason alone, their page is objectionable.

hermann ouseley and gordon taylor did that too

I won't even use the word I would like to.

The fucking irony of it is that the Stephen Lawrence case showed us institutionalised racism. The very people who will celebrate that small victory out of tragedy are now prepared to accept the word of a predominantely white, middle-aged institution on the subject of racism.

Everyone has to get on them this week, either when spotted around, via Twitter, at Wembley, where ever - as long as they now they have to stand up and fight with us.

What do you think the club should do?
