tickets to games
« on: February 16, 2012, 05:11:50 AM »
Alright just got me passport sorted out and am filled with excitement to see my reds for the first time. So hard to know when to go due to work committments and university committments. I'm actually considering going in May. In accordance with tickets (the exchanges and purchases that happen on this forum) how much time in advance do people usually sell tickets? And what are some feedback on it?

Ahhh I want to be there already :(

Be careful if booking flights, we only have one home game in May and that is on FA Cup Final day v Chelsea, the game will be moved if either team gets to the final.

Also bear in mind that Chelsea is a pretty popular game, as is the last home game of the season. As these are the same game, tickets won't be amazingly easy to get hold of. They won't be impossible, but if you are able to arrange your trip for slightly earlier then the 4 home games before that one (Wigan, Villa, Fulham and West Brom) will be a piece of piss to get tickets for.

The only other alternative I have is sometime between August-October. I'm thinking Late August-Mid September.

Get yourself a membership card as well, you'll be in with a better chance.

£30 per season

It's reduced to £20 atm I think.
Rafa Benitez: "I'll always keep in my heart the good times I've had here, the strong and loyal support of the fans in the tough times and the love from Liverpool. I have no words to thank you enough for all these years and I am very proud to say that I was your manager. Thank you so much once more and always remember: You'll never walk alone."

Aye, you're right £20 for adults and £10 for juniors

But if he can't make it till end of August start of October no point getting one for £20 then having to renew it in July?

No point in getting one for one game anyway if he is coming over for a smaller game, it's just 20 or 30 quid you don't need to spend. For any smaller game there are plenty of spares about on here, and a general sale.
