Quite frankly I'm sick of fucking Manchester United. I just want to move on and us to finish off the rest of the season. This whole affair has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and what makes it worse is that it's like gold for the media and press to thrive upon. And I wonder how they ignore that despicable behavior at the end trying to spark Suarez. Honestly I'm just fucking sick of it.

Awful performance. Shocking. Selection was all wrong. Kuyt and downing alongside suarez? What for? Carroll was dropped for them based on what? Tactically terrible, selection terrible, performance terrible. Team should have been bellamy Carroll suarez.

In a nutshell, Gerrard was wasted playing this deep, while Henderson offered nothing in the linkup between the midfield and the front trio, I think Shelvey needs a look in to be honest, he is a good passer, has a good eye for a killer through pass and links up play well.

This. I know a lot on here rate Henderson, but from where I was sitting he offered absolutely nothing today. What is his role? What is he offering?

Gerrard, too, needed to be up behing Suarez or on the right. He is wasted playing so deep.

And Evra? What more is there to say about this scumbag? The look of feigned hurt and surprise on his face when Suarez walked by him was remarkable. Just an utter utter bellend - as he proved by his wind up after the match running by Suarez like that.

Weekend ruined.

Why are people getting upset by Evra? Get a grip and stop being so precious. We don't like them and they don't like us. Gary Neville is talking some sense, more sense than some of the flowers on here.

I can't understand why we continued to stand off United after we scored.

At times we were so slow we looked like we were playing in a testimonial.

Enrique had a tough game against Valencia, but could have done better.
Johnson lost his head at times with some very strange decision making.
Nothing much wrong with Agger, Skrtel and Reina.

Spearing let himself down badly with a shocking mistake, but was one of our more effective midfielders in the first half.
Downing, Henderson and Kuyt might as well have not been on the pitch.
Gerrard failed to impose himself in any meaningful way.

We gave the ball away sloppily right throughout the game, but became twice as bad in the second half.
Very poor to give so much space to Scholes, who came out of retirement a few weeks ago.

The lack of spirit shown by the team in the last ten minutes was very worrying.
Seemed similar to the collapse in belief during the Bolton game.

I was disappointed by the second half performance but the reality is we are a team who are 7th place in the league losing to the current champions away from home by a single goal.

We've played them 3 times, drew one, won one and lost one.  The manner in which we knocked them out the cup hurts more than the manner they beat us today.

I'm just glad this fixture is out the way. Horrible nerve wracking affair!

As for the handshake: Why on Earth would Luis shake his hand if he believes himself to be innocent?  That would validate the entire thing from Evra/Utd/FA/media's standpoint.

Fuck them.  All of them.  Biased pieces of shit.  One big ball of establishment-serving shit.

The playground stuff is a pointer as to what the game has become. Unedifying nonsense lapped up by clowns who pay Murdoch a fortune when they would be better served being out on a park actually kicking a ball themselves.
Andy Carroll miscontrols the ball then gets shoved off balance by a snide United aularse and ends up crying on his knees shouting at the (teacher, parent, ref) like a fuckin tart.....Charlie Adam nips in pushes some prik out of the way and gets the ball back while soft lad is still swinging his pony tail about.
It is laughable really I begrudge having to watch the crap for fuck all on a stream. Tommy Smith's medals must be turning fucking green.

Right this handshaking malarky.
If somebody acuses you of being racist towards them, and you're adamant you wasnt racist towards them then no way would you shake their hand, i certainly wouldnt.

The perfomance was abysmal, focus on the next game.

Speaking in Uruguay about this, Suarez admitted something happened and his point was that what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch not that he didn't actually say anything. The sooner people realise he's not totally blameless in this whole sorry affair for which Evra shoulders huge blame the better. The two of them behaved poorly throughout the whole thing.

I am now a believer of Charlie Adam.

Im with u but at the same time that scares me. Once upon a time we had players like mascherano, xabi alonso and torres and now one of out star players are charlie adam. Nice development of the team.... or not.

This result is all down to Kenny- selection was totally wrong and so was his tactics. He continues to defend his signings like Downing and Henderson who are not even average EPL players. He backs Carroll and just when the lad show some form he drops him. Kuyt is a very average player who should have been replaced last summer. We are a mid table EPL team who can manage a cup game but are rubbish in the league

Not calling out Kenny, but I do think Henry & FSG need to have a long talk with him about what's happening with the squad and what he's going to do about it.  I think it's reasonable for Henry to ask "What the fuck was that?!"

Not bothered about the result. It will always be one way or the other with these two teams. Evra celebrating like the Mancs had won their 20th was one of the most classless things I have ever seen in a game. What a daft celebration! We weren't great to be honest and Kenny's team and tactics were found wanting again.
No handshake, no victory. Should Suarez have shook his hand, no I don't think so.

There could be said so much on this but I´ll leave it to the round table for some tactical insights.

Almost everything went wrong today, I am dissapointed. Very dissapointed. Watching the second half was heart breaking to watch. The only positive to take was the attitude of SOME players and the fact that Kenny started to react even during the game. Something he normally doesn´t do and just indicates how much wrong there was.

What the fuck is with people having a go at Suarez? Evra never offered his hand as Suarez went by and then tried to make a c*nt of him by grabbing at his arm after he had passed by. All the while looking down the camera. Duck face didn't shake Luis' hand either. It's no big deal. Fuck off with your garnish.

Performance was extremely poor. We looked a beaten team once they went 2-0 up and showed no fight at all.
