diffuclt one as to when to book return train for? need to get from Wemberrrleeee to St Pancras which is going to be a nightmare

They're not, as the club don't print or or issue the tickets. It's the Football League in this case.

Shambles really, they took the money from me, orcdered them on the 3rd. Now the 14th. Still no email. Pay to phone up customer services, every time.

Im going to try and get mine on Sunday, if they haven't sent it out already.

Just had a similar conversation with Customer Services. They are using an outside agency to despatch the tickets and CS do not know when they will be despatched as they get informed at the same time as you will via email. Still will not be happy until the tickets arrived..
