Got to the ground just after 9, queue out the gate up to about level with the church over the road. Hardly moving because they have only got about 6 or 7 windows open.

Discovered after standing in the cold for nearly an hour that they had a secret window just for Adult and Child. Only selling certain blocks though, got 112 row 15. Probably level with the crossbar.

Just got through, fuck all available in the lower apart from single seats

He did say that more 'might' be released later on in the day.

Just got 1 in 110 row 14. On the phones Nothing further back available, the lad said what on sale now is the lot for this sale. Whether you believe that is another matter.

The phones were an absolute mess today. Got in the office early today to make sure I was able to have a good choice. I really wanted the 101/102 seats by the dugout.

An absolute joke with the phone message saying "ticket office closed, napoli tickets are on hold".

Eventually got through at quarter past 9 on position 18. Naturally on hold for 40 mins and then got through! And you will never believe what happened. A lady picked up said hello, I said hello back and then she put the phone down!!!!! She picked it up again and asked if I was still there and when I said "yes I am" she hanged up again!

You can imagine my blood was fuming at this point and was about to slam the phone down. But I kept the phone on for a good 5 mins or so - couldnt hear any dial tone or sign out noise, just empty noise. And then she picked up and said sorry to put you on hold, I'm just getting the supervisor for you! At this point, I realised she must think I'm somebody else so I took my chance! "No no, its fine, I changed my mind, I'll like to buy the tickets" I screamed out!

At this point, she offered me 3 tickets in Block 110. Two together on row 5 and one behind on row 6. (couldnt get my 101/102 - they are for players/sponsors/segregation/ may get those later - may not).

Right now, IM FUCKING DELIGHTED. But my goodness, what a mess that was!

i tried caling the phone number, to see if i could get in the queue for you. Got the anfield road song, but no queue position.

In my opinion 6000 tops will be sorted today, because i think thats all that have been to two or more, as the aways were top allocation of about 6000.

Id say its a gamble not to sort today, but if they are only giving away the shit seats and you aren't up for them, maybe wait a bit. But don't forget people have gone to the ground and queued up to get tickets. I think those people will get better seats for braving the cold and queuing.

Whatever happens mate good luck for you and the other two.
