Thanks for the advice. What if I decide to change my formation and personnel when I'm losing or drawing at 60 minutes and then want to make a further change if I'm still losing or drawing at 75 minutes do I have to make all my previous changes again in the 75 minute window or just the one additional change? The reason I'm asking is because it doesn't show the previous changes I made in the 75 minute window.

Gutted on Susaeta.

Basically you can do what ever you want with that team. I play a 4-2-3-1 and then switch to a 4-3-3 after 60 minutes.

Anyone 90 rated or over really. Most crucially at least a striker and both fullbacks.

I don't mind having to spend, having looked over Ajax's transfer history - they were pillaged at one point when the previous manager vacated. And with a hefty bank balance, I can afford to throw some cash about. If I'd have known Bojan was available....

Think my biggest cash buy was De Jong for 18 million. Noticed a few 50 million plus deals about and that Fabregas deal was probably close to what I've spent since season 3!!

The key is looking at what people paid for players , when they were bought and making it worth their while to sell. My advice for what it's worth.

This is my 10th season, and I don't think I've bought anyone from a managed side since I spunked out nigh on my total budget on Ninis (£4m). I may have done, but can't remember any significant buys, and it's not for want of trying.

Having over 60 players in a team doesn't help matters, and they are in fact, virtually ruining it for everyone else - especially newcomers.

25 player senior squad and 20 player youth team would be the rule i would enforce in this game , it wouldnt half make things better and give newcomers a chance...Chelsea take the piss , its ludicrous really.

I'm just trying to turn a profit on them. I have like 50 players who are U-20 so not like I'm hoarding 85+ talent. And I have to do something, had the likes of Drogba stolen from under me at bottom prices.
