Wolverhampton was a must-win game, but we've lost and drawn plenty of those. This will neither ensure or condemn our chances for 4th place, but it's 3 important points that'll bring us closer.

Fuck Yeah, 3 strikers, 3 goals get in. Confidence is sky high at the moment and Andy Carroll look's like a different player these last 3 games so definitely on the up.

Wolves were terrible tonight, but at least we took some chances and looked hungry. Started to strut our stuff too towards the end and the team looks to be a little more cohesive.

Defence is strong. Bellamy is simply immense at the moment. Kuyt has found some form. Suarez coming back.

I am still not sure. With Suarez back we will be much stronger but the midfield still worries me. Spearing played well but even Wolves were able to bypass our midfield with ease.

shame that chelsea got a draw with 10men, otherwise it could have been closer with Arse and Newcastle both playing away tomorrow. Still 4teams playing for 1 spot and it is going to be tight. Without injury to key players and Suarez comeback we could go on a nice run which could give us belief

Cheers, hopefully points dropped for them there then. If we can get a win against spurs and a win/draw against the mancs we could really put the pressure on Chelsea/Arsenal, something we haven't really done all season.

Hopefully now with our front three all starting to hit a bit of form and the return of Suarez and Gerrard we can build real momentum to takes us into 4th.

Big games for us, and usually that's a good thing. It's a tough match at Old Trafford though, and we have been awful against Spurs lately.

I don't think it matters to this team who are we playing next 3 games. If they are motivated, they do their jobs and get a win. So fixtures kind of go out of the window. Just hope to avoid injuries, retain form and avoid tactical blunders and we will be fine. However, I am in the pessimists camp and it still is very difficult. But there is more chance than there was 2 hours ago, so thats a positive start!!

After just looking at the fixtures left, I'd say we have a good chance of getting fourth still, thats not based on who we still have to play, but more on who Arsenal and Chelsea have to play, their both looking very fragile, if we keep the current form up, plus a little bit more luck, we can do it.

We need to catch Chelsea AND Arsenal, but this win puts us in a good frame. It's like turning a screw, slowly and slowly. We scraped to the League Cup final with a draw, barely beat United with a last gasp goal after being second best for long periods, and now we beat Wolves with a rather scrappy performance (first half). But we got the results, and that's all that matters.

Now we need a scrappy win against Spurs, be it with an own goal from a defender's arse...

EDIT: Oh, and that 3-0 would help out goal difference a bit.
