I didn't think it was possible to turn things around but in the dressing room at halftime Rafa Benitez was calm - "We are Liverpool FC, we have so many fans, we are not going to be slaughtered. Won't be long before the green and yellow scarves go back on again now that they have lost a few games.

Probably. Good on Newcastle for putting them to the test. The draw they got against that Old Trafford probably gave them a bit of inspiration, but as we've seen before when teams actually show up against United over the past few seasons they are beatable, provided teams don't believe they have lost before the opening kick-off.

Someone did it at Birmingham last season when Hodgson was in charge.

All the Birmingham fans were singing "You don't know what you're doing"

Just a little thing that annoys me... his name is Hernandez.

Well said. The F.A don't allow cultural nuances like that as we saw with our man. Oh wait, he plays for Man Utd.

Was a real shame to see them humiliated. A real shame.

Only Sky could be talking about the possibility of the mancs winning 3-2 in the 88th minute while 2-0 down.

Just watched the 2nd goal scored by Newcastle.
Luckily the Mancs goalie didn't grep the ball behind the goal line, otherwise, the lineman would have called that a no goal cuz it was bounced out.
Next time, Sir Fergie, please ask your players to act like the ball is not in whatsoever so that the lineman could have helped you and your team.
