Love/Hate
« on: December 12, 2011, 03:02:20 AM »
Just wondering if any of the Irish reds have been watching? I haven't been keeping up with it since I was living in Canada when it first aired and didn't want to start watching half way through.

Two of the actors I'm sure loads of rawkites will know, Mayor Carcetti off The Wire and the Irish fella out of misfits.

Getting some serious publicity at home. The best thing to ever come out of RTE. Being shown as far afield as Australia, and the makers are in talks with the BBC allegedly,

Havnt watched it myself, going to watch it online soon. anyone know where i can get it?
Let us never forget Rafael Benitez and what he did for us. A fighter full of guts and passion. A gentleman full of class and dignity. A football manager full of intelligence and pure genius. A Legend.
Adios Rafa, buena suerte.

Your task is a simple one Brendan: make us dream again!

Is it on rte player? I know the first season was released on box set.

Seemingly RTE can't fund a third season so it is up to BBC

I've not seen much of it but this is exactly the type of thing RTE should be funding the two ears off.

Could bare about five minutes of that last night, I fail to grasp the irony in these shows that people enjoy so much, painful stuff.

This is the worst though, its only saving grace a fella taking the piss out of it

It's decent. Last couple of episodes weren't as good as the rest of them IMO. Can't see a third series being great with the characters left.

Hardy Bucks is the best thing on RTE.
So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.

I'd rather sit down at tea time and watch SING! on RTE2.

Only started watchin an episode or two over the last few weeks and it seems to be daycent viewin! So downloaded the two series last night, if you're looking to download it you'll find it at irishtorrents.com.
It's a private torrent site so you need an invite and you can get one by emailing irishtorrents.com@gmail.com there is a fair few rules on the site but prob the same as most private sites.

Watched a few of the first series episodes of Love/Hate and enjoyed it, haven't had the time to watch it properly. Looks decent though.
