Felt like I was in the kitchen all day today. Started preparing the turkey at about 11.30am, didn't eat until about 6pm. Anyway, apart from the fact it was all served up about half an hour later than I'd said, I'd say it was spot on. We had turkey, pigs in blankets, roasties, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, home-made sage and onion stuffing, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, yorkshire puddings, redcurrant sauce and home-made gravy. Then trifle to follow. I'm still very full.
