Went the window, sorted by half 8. Decent spec in 305, sweet! :)

If I'm getting blown into this shite scheme in order to have some form of priority they best give me a decent spec. None of this row 76, 75, 74 malarky.

For the City game when I got in 304 and 306 were on green whereas 305 was on yellow. Went for 306 and got given back row so changed to 305 and got row 56. Hmmmm, not sure what to make of that.

Nothing, had to use online in the end.

Re-dial the number every time though, for me this stopped "the TO is now closed" bollocks.

Got my ticket at the ground, they had staff on 7-8 windows and only one other girl sat a bit further back. They all have headsets so I assume they're the same staff that's one the phones? No wonder nobody can get through.

It's shameful if there is only 9 or so people answering phones. Surely they have a room not visible from the window with upwards or 20 on phones?

you must be joking. We are lucky that there maybe 9 answering. The club is stuck in 1990 with the ticketing. Shameful.

I don't know. There was talk about the TO moving to somewhere in town, so maybe they have some sort of a call centre somewhere. Just don't know why the window staff have headsets if thats the case.

Course you got a chance mate. But, the ACS will "guarantee" you a ticket. If you buy Oldham, then the next sale will go on previous sales (as it always does).

So, if we draw another lower league side at home (if we get through), then you got a good chance.

If we draw United/Everton in the next round (if we all get through), then you got little chance, unless you buy the Oldham ticket in the "non ACS" sale next week.

Strange not being given a ticket though, feels odd just walking away from the window with just a receipt.

That must have been a friendly, I wonder when we last had a competitive match on a Friday?

With apologies for going a bit off-topic, I posted this regarding league games on Fridays (since 1989) a couple of months ago in the general "games being moved for TV" thread:
http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=281723.msg9330726#msg9330726

Excluding League games, we've also played two European Super Cup games on Fridays:
24 August 2001, won 3-2 v Bayern Munich
26 August 2005, won 3-1 v CSKA Moscow

We've only ever played two domestic cup games on Fridays, in consecutive seasons in the 1980s:
6 January 1984, won 4-0 at home to Newcastle
4 January 1985, won 3-0 at home to Aston Villa

We had Leeds on Good Friday when Bowyer and Ferdinand scored ( I think), over Easter about 10 years ago. Shite, walked back to town megged, underage and unhappy.

Did anyone get Adult and Child yesterday?

I attempted to call in the morning but kept getting the "ticket office is closed, press 3 for Napoli" (!) message and gave up.  Going to try again today.

Wondering where is it we will have to sit, just AR upper or did anyone get a £5 junior anywhere else?

Many Thanks,

Mart

Bloody hell your jumping the gun lol. To be honest mate no the FA f**k real fans when it comes to final normally both clubs only get around 25000 tickets each so chances will be slim. Will be ok for a semi ticket tho if we get there normal get around 8/10 thousand more for this.
