I think like that too ;D

Sometimes I'll think about lifting my arm and how I've never had to think about how to do it, but suddenly my arm will feel really heavy and lifting it will be harder than usual, because I'm thinking about the whole process, about the electrical signals my brain sends to the muscles and how the all contract in certain ways that makes my arm lift, totally beyond my consciousness.

I do think about stupid things like that though, what if I go back to the house to check I have locked the door but get hit by a car on the way back.
Also, trying to comprehend that other people think to themselves like you do on the bus, or in work, whatever and that you'll never know what they are thinking.

you just made it more confusing, i can sort of see what your getting at. Still a bit lost though with the Farmer thing.

Not only do you use Raspberry and Silk Herbal Essences, you also think about the same things as I do. I think about these things constantly.

I know! Same with breathing, when you think about it too much it feels different.
