martinez hopefully ;-).

Would love Martinez, but for the money I think Muniain will end up being the best player coming from there. Imagine 4-2-3-1 formation with the 3 being Suarez,Gerrard and Muniain   :thumbup

Not too shabby, but I think I'd rather go Sterling, Gerrard, Suarez and put that 30m for Muniain towards a striker and/or partner for Lucas.

His club is already in agreement to have him leave at the end of the season. If he (and his sponsor) decide to hype his next move then it is not hurting anyone, and actually helping his club get a higher fee for him.
In this context there is absolutely no harm.

(Besides he is having a great season helping the club to a 3rd place i the league at the moment).

Yeah, good ole Joe six-pack.
Unfortunately for us, he has been fading since his good start to the season and has been relegated to the bench lately.

Manchester United coach Rene Meulensteen admits Eden Hazard is on Mr. Ferguson's wanted list.
Hazard is being chased by a host of clubs across Europe, with the Belgium international expected to leave Lille in the summer.
United, Manchester City and Tottenham have all watched the schemer in action as they weigh up moves for Hazard at the end of the season.
Hazard has previously admitted he was flattered by United's reported interest in his services and now Meulensteen has confirmed the 21-year-old is highly thought of at Old Trafford.
"The manager wanted to see (Eden) Hazard by himself. That's a sign he thinks it's an interesting player. We talked a lot about him," Meulensteen told Voetbal International.
"For a club it's important that you keep refreshing your squad.
"Hazard is a special talent, but it always takes a while. As (an) example, we followed David de Gea for a long time before we got him.
"Ferguson wants to know the character of the player. Because of that he's going to look himself for players. Hazard is 'the man' at Lille. Ferguson wanted to see if that had an influence on him."

The potential is worthy of the hype but immediate production probably isnt something that his future club could count on. Not that he is as good as Neymar but there is just so much hype for both players that the expectations are going to be unfair when the join their future clubs.

Hazard will go to a club with CL qualification and not to us. Doesn't bother me much we have Sterling coming through and if we want an equally talented youngster James Rodriguez at Porto will be available for less and is genuinely left sided. Would add greatly to our mix. Peronally i think we need a deep lying playmaker and a Striker far more than someone to play across the front three.

Never meant he was overrated, more so over valued (sorry for that.) but anyway, Goetze, Erikkson, Muniain, Herrera, Suarez (Mathias), Illicic, Alvarez, Coutinho, Sharrawy;  they're all just as capable of being as good as he is being touted and they'd all (with the exception of Goetze, possibly.) cost a good 5-10m less than Hazards supposed fee.

Ok I see what you mean now but talent wise I think he is on par with Muniain and Goetze to be honest.

Does make sense for us to go for talents like Coutinho though who have fallen a bit under the radar but still possess huge potential, don't know why we didn't go for him when he was out of favour Inter, has looked good for Espanyol the few occasions  I've seen him and his price range has probably gone up to the 15--20 m range now, that and the fact Inter will be even more reluctant to sell him.

think most of you play too much football manager rather than watching football, Eriksen has been pants this season, there's no way he's even better than Hazard at the current moment, only Goetze, Herrera and Munian come close in those listed above and they would all cost the same.

^ exactly buddy.eriksen has been pretty disappointing this season.hazard is a special special talent and has been fantastic this season.way better than goetze, munian and eriksen and has been their best player.

funny how opinions change when mancs and chelsea became interested in him.
i personally think that we should put a decent amount of money aside for him.with mancs going for gaitan and city not believing in quality wingers we might just get a chance.

Have you been watching the Eredivisie? Eriksen has been class. I've seen a couple of games, and whilst it's not hard for attacking players to look good here, I think he's been excellent.
