In todays Slovak papers there is a interview with Skrtel from few days ago.
He speaks about training under BR, how is it new, how good guy Brendan is etc.
I would like to translate just his direct quotes regarding his future, because they sound very "unsecure":
Reporter:Rodgers said in media that he had a very good feeling after talking to you, how you want to fight for LFC and that he counts on you at CB with Agger. It sounds nice, doesnīt?
MS: Well it is always nice to hear the manager giving you praise. Weīll see how it continues
Reporter:Your agent Karol Csonto said in italian radio "that for now you stay a LFC player". Can you please explain it to us?
MS:I am a Liverpool player for now because I have a valid contract. I have more offers, but without the clubs approval it can not move. We started new contract talks, but they didnīt progress. I am a LFC player, but in football you never know what happens. I have a valid contract and what should happen will happen
Didīt sound very promising from my point of view.

That doesnt sound promising but if he wants to leave then let him. We should be able to get easily 15+ for him and be able to bring just as good of a player. Look at Vertonghen he only cost freaking 9m.
