Ever wondered what it would be like to take control of Liverpool FC? – From today you can with Liverpool FC Fantasy Manager 2012.

Free to download through Facebook and iTunes, this brand new game will allow you to fully prepare your first team squad for each match, gain new commercial partners as well as developing the Club’s facilities.

This is your chance to prove that you have what it takes to make the key decisions in the future of Liverpool FC. If you bring success to the Club you will also be in with a chance to win some exclusive LFC prizes, including signed shirts, signed balls, vouchers for the Club shop and a signed ‘This is Anfield’ sign.

The game is free to download and is available for iPhone, the iPod Touch and on Facebook.

Just buying my team atm, £90,000000 to spend...

Annoyingly it doesn't seem to show players stats when buying them, so I am generally sticking to the prem as I obvioulsy know more of the players.

I went with a random team in the end, doing alright at the mo.

Played 41,

Won 38, drawn 3

Enjoying it so far!

I'm still playing but only when I'm bored, like how each month the top person wins a prize, this months is a signed Liverpool shirt I think, them stats must be pretty high on the leader boards? Will be more fun when I've expanded the surrounding areas of Anfield and have a good supply of money coming in everyday, best players I have are probably Reina, Chiellini, Agger, De Jong, Cabaye, Bellamy.

You bought any facilities near Anfield?

What's your team mate? I hand picked mine was tempted by random selection but opted against!

Yer I was quite impressed by the prizes up for grabs! It's a shame that in order to challenge the leaderboard it seems you have to buy the "shields", which is something I will not be doing!

I have bought the standard facilities so far, but am half a level away from being able to buy the museum (level 8 )

I was going to hand pick them, but that stats of randomly selected teams were better, the "known" players I have at the mo are;

Kuyt, Sessegnon, Carlos Vela, Tommy Smith and Bellamy, with al Habsi on the bench.

Looking foward to football manager handheld coming out now!

Ohh, gutted about the shields think, won't be doing that, think this games alright though, bit of a pass the time thing!
