Train booked... is there anything around the ground? ive look on google maps and it looks like in the middle of no where??
Normally the stoke police are waiting at the station and escort you to the uni bar just round the corner then put you on buses for £2 to the ground normally an hour n 15 mins before kick off

Any advice on parking near the ground? I normally get the train down but looks a nightmare to get back after the match

I got train for septembers game but with the time I cant get home in time, from what I have read you can either park at the harvester or in the club car park for a fiver!

Train's booked. Relatively cheap considering it's only 6 days away. Booked the later train at 22:55 just incase it goes to Extra Time + Pens. Can't wait!

The last 3 times we played at the Britannia Stadium Ive parked at the Kingsway car park on Glebe Street (Sat nav ST4 1HL) there is a pub called the White Star at the back entrance of the car park or you can turn right at the White Starr and there is a Wetherspoons about 50 yards further on, both pubs are Stoke fans only but have seen a few regular faces in the Wetherspoons.

The buses to the stadium leave from outside the big church (cant miss it when you find the car park) and is £3 return.

In September I left at the final whistle (get near an exit and dont clap the team off) got on the bus, back at the car park in under 5 minutes and back home near Blackpool before 18.30 about 15 minutes later than I get home from Anfield.

Sorted with 2 tickets today, look out for myself and Keano7 belting out the chants! Really looking forward to this - desperate for us to do well in this competition and to give Stoke a bit of payback. Bring it on!

last couple of times I've parked the other side of the  dual carriageway on the street -bit of a trek over a footbridge to the ground but usually away easily with no problems after the match

He said that a lot of the buisness' on the estate open up and offer parking for about a fiver. You'll always find somewhere on the estate, but he did warn me about being there no later than 7 because it gets chokka and there will be limited spaces  :)

And yes, you take the left off the A50 (driving from derby) and then it's your first left onto the A5006 and then there will be places on that estate  :wave

Yeah.. I can make out a little footbridge and path from the estate over a rail way line or something? It leads to the away section I think? Pretty sure though

because the club don't care who gets the tickets, as long as they all eventually get allocated.

Also will me and me mates be able to get in with 4 child tickets or will they stop us without an adult one? Might buy 4 off of some fella on RAWK if this is the case but if not then na.

Didnt go to general sale mate. It went onsale to all members, FCH's and STH's.

The TO have to sell from the right (Block 40) first so if we didnt sell all the tickets, then we could return them and Stoke could have sold blocks 35/36 themselves.  The bad thing is that they know that they will all be sold, so they should have done blocks 36-39 first, then sell the blocks 35 & 40 afterwards.

I managed tickets in 39, in row 18, and the seats are pretty close to block 38 so I feel sorry for people on the first day of sale who rushed to get tickets to get shafted in the corner of block 40. Its not right, but you can see why they do it.

I would say its Stoke saying they have to sell them in that order first as oppossed to the other way round  :( :-\

Oh, they WILL check your tickets and will not let you in if ur not a child with a child ticket

If we just make half the noise we made in the KOP at the weekend against UTD, we'll blow them out of the water!

Can't be serious - thought the Kop against united was dreadful.  Saturday was worst atmosphere against United I can remember.

We can still turn it on away tho - sometimes
