Sold a 30 year old Lucas for 30 million to R. Madrid.
Sold a 31 year old Enrique for 21 million to Valencia.
Sold a 30 year old Suarez for 22 million to PSG

So on top of my 120 million transfer budget, I have an extra 73 million on top of it to bring it to an 193 million budget. I only need a left back too as Ineista and Busquets are coming in to replace Lucas and Suarez. Enrique has already been replaced with Jack Robinson.

Boss, might buy Bale.

Haha. Very tempted too. Won the league 6 times in a row and the cl 3 times!

You are buying a 33 year old Iniesta?  Is he not on the downward slope?

Nostalgia and Suarez was my third choice left winger. ;)

Started a new save with Liverpool recently, in march now having just won the League Cup. 5th in the league and 4th is looking difficult with me City, Arsenal and Chelsea battling out from 3rd downards. United safe in second for not and Spurs running away with the title (plus I can NEVER beat them and Adebayor!). They were 10 points clear in January and then spent £50 million so they've as good as won the title. Hoping to nick fourth but if I dont just hope I dont get the sack like Kenny!

Got offered the real madrid job in december 2013 and rejected it. They had like an insane amount of cash to spend. 240 million transfer budget and a £2.2 million wage budget  :o. My team's looking great at the moment. Just brought in Damaio to help Suarez with scoring. Got him for £18 million. Bale was offered to me for £9 million but he wasn't going to feature in my team so declined to bid for him.
This is my starting line up:

Reina
Walker--Otamendi--Vertonghen--Robinson
Bertalocci--Yucel*
J.Rodriguez--Sigurosson--Willian
Suarez/Damaio

Back up
Janot
Romario--Coates--Wilson--Enrique
Stevie--Eriksen
Chamberlain--E.Torres--Sterling
Suarez/Damaio

Other squad players include- Hendo, Kelly, Savic, Villegas*(CAM), Clare*(ST)
*Regan

There is good depth in the squad and I'm not looking to bring in any more players now. Just going to start concentrating on bringing youth through to the first team and buying the best regans around.

Finally won the CL with bayern, 2-0 against man city. Resulted in me winning the treble too. I'm building something really special but I wanna manage in spain, ideally with barca. Dunno if I should resign and see if something comes up or just continue with bayern. I'm the highest ranked manager in the world along with mourinho and guardiola. Pep is spain manager and Mourinho is man city manager so I can pretty much walk into any job if it becomes available.

Can anyone recomend a good promising playmaker that's not too expansive? Deep-lying playmaker, like Xabi.

Plus, a good CB for a decent price?

Poli or for the DLP and Vertonghen for the CB. Neither of them should cost you over £10 million unless you're a few seasons into the game.
Edit: Check Verratti too. Pretty cheap

Mamadou Sakho becomes amazing. Should be able to get him around 10-15m

DLP I would possibly go with M'Vila.

Im confused, Reina just threw the ball into the corner, juggled with it for about a minute then booted it out for a throw-in with no one around him. :S

My goalkeeper had the ball in his hands one game, turned round and slide tackled it into the back of the net with no one looking.

On another note, he's 19 and a 4 star Premier League goalkeeper already with the my coaches saying he'll be 4 and a half star.

Loving my Tranmere save at the moment. A point off Spurs at the top of the table with 4 games to go, won the Carling Cup and in the FA Cup semi final but got knocked out of the Europa League in the first knock out round. Balotelli has scored 19 goals this season for me but I bought Carlos Fierro in January for £11m, who's scored 22 goals in 24 appearances so far, including 4 on his debut!! Goalscoring machine! If I don't win the league this season, he'll win it for me next season!

How are you lads playing him? Poacher and target man to feet? or listen to the coaches and have him as Trequartista? had him for 3 seasons now and he's my most inconsistent striker by far.. will go on an 8 game goaless run then knock in four in the ninth.

I played him as a poacher mate. Banged the goals in, he's quick, likes to run at defences, lethal in the box. Was the Dutch league though. After I left vitesse, gullit sold him to chelsea for 20 million  :butt

Do you play him on his own, or with a partner, i normally use him next to Suarez. and play the ball to Luis' feet, both poachers.. but considering Suarez is now 31 on my save i was thinking of Bumping Fierro to the main poacher with ball to feet, and playing someone else off him Maybe Sigurdsson as DLF.. But if the lads better on his own, i might just stick Sigurdsson in Attacking midfield just behind him, have Gylfi as the playmaker and play it to Fierros feet.

Hmm i'm sure he'll come good.. just glad i know to definitly use Poacher now instead of arsing about with AF and Trequartista like i was. Cheers.

Haha brilliant, Charlie Adams just scored what should have been his first goal of the season but for some strange reason the game gave it to Flanagan, who was absolutley nowhere near the ball or goal. Least it was his first goal for Liverpool.

My season went to pot right at the end. Lost in the semi finals of the Champions league and finished 3rd in the league. Don't really know what more I have to do. Got a quality squad.

Ahh right nice one, i did try the 4-2-3-1 formation for a while but it wasn't producing as many goals as the 4-2-2-2, maybe i'll stick with it a while longer and see how it gets me with consistent use. I wouldnt mind switching to that anyway as i got a shit hot regen from my acadamy who's an AM.

Just finished 3rd and won the League Cup in my first season at Liverpool. My budget for next season? £1.6m a week for wages (already spending £1.7m plus all the loanees are coming back now) and a budget of 4k for a cl qualification and 5k for title challenge/winning it.

WTF? I've been Liverpool before and been given a lot more than that for just finishing fourth and winning nothing! Oh and top of that I get 15% transfer revenue which I asked to be increased. It went to 30. In comparison, Spurs finished 6th and just bought Cavani for £35.

Quite an exciting season though, any one of the top 6 could have won it on the last day and City did it. United were top after betaing Chelsea but a last minute winner from City won them the title. Sounds familar ;D

And the fans aren't happy with Aurelio leaving which was months ago and are annoyed I sold Spearing for £1m. And the owners are arses. Might resign.

Probably best never to reject offers.. i always renegotiate with silly counter offers, have them walk away, seems to make the buying team the bad guy then instead of me. Well so far it has, not sure if they ever complain about you asking too much, but its all gone well so far, "Arsenal offer 12 mil for Coates" "We want 40 mil" "Arsenal withdraw bid" case closed.. or on the rare occasion, they come back with a 40 mil bid and sell sell sell.

Pretty sure its in the team policy section when you go to your club page.. not too sure though, just going from memory.
