Promotion and Relegation this year

Who do you think will be relegated from the premiership this year? How about promoted?
My picks:
For relegation:
Stoke/Blackburn( was going to say wolves becuase they have narrowly survived twice but they signed new players stoke really hasn't improved neither has Blackburn, Bolton has though, and the teams coming in have had some good improvements and I think they are better, though they do lack experience)
Wigan( lost n'zogbia, sucked last year, I see um going)

For promotion:
West Ham(bad season last year should bounce back, though the lose of dyer may affect them)
Leicester City(spent so much money if they don't get promoted they failed)
Notts Forest(have a good chance and quite frankly I want um back in)

Leicester are definitely comin' up, absolutely no doubt.

The rest is a case of heads or tails.

I think it'll finally be Wigan's year to go down. I can see Swansea going back down and one out of Norwich, Newcastle and Wolves.

For promotion, Leicester, Millwall and Forest.

Promotion: West Ham, Leicester I see as the best chances. I also like Forrest but Brighton would be great to see go up like Norwich.

Relegation: QPR, Stoke, Swansea

I think Leicester, Middlesborough and West Ham will be promoted, Relegation.. I think we may be in for a shock some one like Aston Villa? Or Bolton may go down.

Villa is a possibility, Bolton has bought though so they should be ok.
Problem is it's hard to tell in the premiership when the teams are so close at the bottom of the table.
If you finish in the top half of the table you are usually ok next season, but otherwise it could be any of ten teams sometimes. Hell, Man United could get relegated in a couple seasons if injuries, Ferguson getting sick and going into administration all happen at once. Obviously that scenario is unlikely but with 10 points separating 8th and 18th, administration can be a death blow to any club. Anyway back on point, it could be anyone obviously but most likely Wigan Newcastle United and some other team is out of here.

Just wondering have Bolton bought a striker? Because if they havn't I think they're in trouble because I can't see where there goals are going to come from, Davies isn't going to get them 20+.

I really really really want Wigan to down but am not predicting it cause then it won't happen (pessimist to the last).

QPR and Swansea have to be some of the faves for relegation.  I reckon Villa or even, dare I say it, Everton will be in the mix.

Not that I know of but they have shored up the rest of the club
As for queens park rangers I doubt they fall, furthermore I think in the next five seasons we are going to see an increase in quality in the lower reaches of the premier league. With the top clubs soon to face restrictions under ffp rules the days of 7 teams in 10 years making the champions league are over

Dont know if theyll go down but Bolton will struggle I think. Lost Elmander and Sturridges goals, Holdens still not back and the other day Lee Chung Yong broke his leg and is out for 9 months. Plus Gary Cahills future isnt certain.

Bottom 6 I think.

Wigan down. No doubt.

I think Newcastle will struggle to stay up if they don't do any good signings at the end of the transferwindow.

Newcastle to go down is a good bet I think. With Carrol, Nolan gone & Barton going. There goals & grit had them pretty much safe by the time you bought Carroll.

I see trouble ahead......shame.

Wigan & Swansea for me with Newcastle.

As for Promotion, I hate saying your own team. So I'll say it will be three from,

Leicester
Nottingham Forest
West Ham
Leeds
Reading
Middlesbrough .

Some tasty fixtures this season & unfortunatly all this talk of West Ham favourites for promotion I don't like as it motivates other teams & as per usual when we've been in the championship they all raise there game against us.

Promotion: Leicester (Champions), Nottingham Forest (2nd), Cardiff (Playoff Winners). In that order.

Leicester City(spent so much money if they don't get promoted they failed)
Notts Forest(have a good chance and quite frankly I want um back in)
Keiron Dyer? I think he played about 10 games for west ham in 3 seasons. Cant see stoke going down they seem to do better every year since they went up tbf.

Good shout on Stoke actually, they've got the distraction of Europa league which they haven't had before, so they might not be able to cope with the extra games with a small squad.

Out of the established teams, I'm looking at Aston Villa, Blackburn or Newcastle to go down. I'd also point the finger at Wigan to bite the bullet, but they seem to somehow escape every year.
I'm really hoping Sturridge busts out the wacky dip when he scores.

Leicester have to go up surely? They're on about spending £7m on Shane Long now. When was the last time that sort of money was spent on a player in the Championship?
