Fuck it, stuck Martin Petrov in for Ramsey. 2 games this week and next. Played 90 minutes for like the last 7 games so I should get at least 4 off him.
Cheers.

I would personally go with Bale as captain blackburn at home and bolton away should rack up more points with 2 games

Was also thinking that but Spurs have been piss poor in the last few weeks.

Dempsey has a tough week, Cisse has a fair enough first game but difficult second one. Only Jelavic seems to be capable of getting the goals to be honest.

Enrqiue maybe ?

I'd defo go with Bale too, Spurs have to come good at some point in their race for the Champs League spot, with the two games they have to play I reckon Bale would be a good shout as captain for you. I'll probably be bringing him and Adebayor in this week, wildcard to be used!!!

Hasn't put Mclean in for Richards who didnt play for me but has put everyone else's players in in my league for their players that didn't play...surely this will be sorted.

I'm guessing you've only got 3 defenders on the pitch at the minute? Therefore it won't. You can't go 2 at the back unfortunately.

Yeah, my mate just confirmed that for me. Annoying really! 32 back on the leader with 3 gameweeks to go. Unlikely but not impossible. Only problem is everyone is going to put the same sort of players in this gameweek as it's a double one for Spurs, Newcastle and Chelsea so expect a lot to put in Cisse, Ben Arfa, Cabaye, Bale, VDV, Adebayor, possibly Torres.

Using my wildcard this week so really going hard on the big DGW gamble. Here's what I have so far:

Krul (Bogdon)
enrique, lescott, hibert, (caulkner, turner)
bale, pienaar, dempsey, ben arfa (sessegnon)
jelavic (c), aguero, cisse (v)

Im itching to go for torres for aguero for one GW only (got a feeling in my waters) but feel it might be too big a gamble. also, anyone recommend perhaps another DGW defender? Tempted by getting Pepe in goal and then fitting in a Newcastle defender somewhere

Gambled this week and sacrificed 8 points for a triple transfer. Bogdan, R Taylor, Valencia out; Howard, Huth, Pienaar in.

Howard
Wheater, Enrique, Huth
Pienaar, Dempsey, Cabaye, Bale
Jelavic (c), Cisse (v), Van Persie

Subs: Maloney, Richards, Evans

I made four substitutions for this gameweek:
1) Walker in for the injured Ekotto.
2) Lampard in for Chris Brunt.
3) Pienaar in for Valencia.
4) Cabaye in for Sessegnon.

My team is: Vorm, Caulker, Lescott, Walker, Eagles, Lampard, Cabaye, Pienaar, Torres, Cisse, Adebayor (c)
Everyone plays a double gameweek except for Vorm, Caulker and Lescott.

Yeah thanks for the heads up. I just like to live on the edge, every week is make or break that;s how it should be :D
Lampard and Torres may not feature as well, but I like to take risk. It just feels great when it pays off, for example I captained eagles last gameweek and he got me 36 points, and it makes you want to kill yourself when it back fires.
Drama :D

Just for those who are still making their team: Cabaye as well as eagles migh be out. Ekotto is definetly out. There are talks of resting Lampard and Drogba could be the one to start ahead of Torres. Of course I could be wrong on the Chelsea bit.

Can't see why they would rest Lampard and Torres especially if Newcastle don't get 3pts at Wigan. They've got a defensive headache though so Boswinga at 5.5m could be a shrewd bit of business and guaranteed to play both games.

Team for this week:

------------Krul---------------

--Taylor------Richards-------Kelly (Fulham one)----------

------Valencia----Ben Arfa----Silva--------VDV------------

--------Papiss Cisse-----Rooney--------Jelavic (C)----------

Been a tough decision with the double gameweek, had to use 2 transfers and risk 4 points.

My thinking was that Jelavic (in for Bendtner) is in great form and Everton will probably win at home today by a few, Stoke away is tougher for him to get points but seemed a no brainer at the moment for what I could afford.

My other transfer VDV in for the injured Walcott - Was between him or Bale and because he takes penalties sometimes and is due a really great performance I opted for him.

My worry is in defence where both Kelly and Richards are doubts, Richards doesn't seem to start many for Mancini and Kelly is a slight injury doubt for Fulham.

Just checked the 3 above me, there's 33 points seperating 1st to 4th; 2 of them have gone for Jelavic captain as well but the leader gone for Lampard captain. I'm the only one to have Rooney or Cisse which could be an advantage but they all have 7 or 8 players with a double gameweek whereas I'm looking at 6 if Kelly makes it...

Unfucking believable. McClean was first sub and I'm calm becase that Taylor (Swansea) isn't playing and next thing you know, Brendan Rodgers brings on the darn bastard.

Really hoping for a miracle that Bale fucks off for two weeks and Jelavic becomes my captain and McClean is brought in. Please Fowler, please.

Think i played the role of the bottler this year, led for about 6 months straight and at one point was a good 80 points clear.

Disappointing so far; on 32 but my defence will get me nothing - Krul got -1, Taylor came on at half time for Swansea and got 0, Kelly didn't play for Fulham and I doubt Richards will start for City. My other defensive options Luiz and Ekotto both injured.

I have Jelavic captain, VDV did well for me but Cisse and Ben Arfa were very disappointing. Got Rooney, Silva, Valencia and possible Richards left to play tomorrow then 5, maybe 6 players to play again including my captain so still hoping for a decent week but if I could go back I'd have gambled more, made 3 transfers and risked 8 points to get an Everton or Spurs defender in but hey ho.

Had rotten luck the past 3 weeks with making bad decisions that could cost me the title. I was 20pts clear in my league going into this gameweek and as of tonight 1 team is joint top with the 3rd place only 5pts behind. I had Lampard captain and if you didn't watch the game you'd of expected him to be at least on the scoresheet yet he contributed nothing to any of the 6 goals! Enrique, Given and Van Persie my highest scorers on 6pts each. Doubt I'll get any bonus pts + Enrique and Kelly for Fulham unlikely to feature on Tuesday. Need to turn it around for the last 2 gameweeks!

After a rotten 3 weeks of 28, 32, 28 i've got 84 so far with captain Suarez, Jelavic, RVP, and Moses grabbing a whole bunch. Too little too late though, i've lost most of my leagues already and it would take a big fuck up on everyone else's part for me to get near the top of my mates' league. So much for defending my title!

I had a piss poor week, forgot to change my team and use my last wildcard :butt (worse thing was I was waiting for a while for this week to come!!), so managed a low 50pts, am still only 20pts off top in one league so using my last wildcard to fill my team with Arsenal, Utd and City players...can see Utd and Arsenal at home with convinicing wins and a possible narrow City away win!
