I came across that image yesterday and it made me terribly sad.
One of the most heart-breaking moments this year for me.
Just a month or so ago we were celebrating his Carling Cup pics.

Your right mate very sad. Put into context though dig out his resignation speech (1st time round) look at his face and how ill he looks the strain of Hillsborough and the after shocks were clearly to much.
lets not forget the man deserves, no has earnt our respect. He does not deserve the amount of abuse and disrespect that he has been served up. Not because he was the greatest player we ever had, but because he was the greatest MAN we ever had. His handling of the Hillsborough disaster nearly cost him his own life.
His love for the club, fans and people of the club holds no bounds, It is our honour to have had him at our club
