Got to say, for something that was planned for the last fortnight, the turnout looked pretty abysmal. must have been at least a few thousand there, sometimes the crowds were maybe 3 or 4 deep when the bus arrived. Notice the parade route was done around narrow streets to make it look like there was a booming crowd there to welcome them home.

Compared to the 24hr notice Liverpool got for the parade after Istanbul the turnout for there "19" parade was pretty embarrassing.

The close ups were amazing, although I noticed there were a lack of long range overhead shots to get the full scale and size of the turnout :D

"Are you watching Merseyside?"

Are fucking Manchester watching for fucks sake? There's only 50 people there and 35 odd of them are the fucking players.

What an atmosphere!

Seriously though, who's surprised? When near enough your entire support is comprised of glory supporting cretins who take Sky Sports as the Bible, you can't expect an Istanbul-type turnout.

We've been through some seriously rough times recently, but of all the things I've come to doubt about our club in the past 18 months, the amazing support by the fans isn't one of them.

There'd be a bigger turnout if we lost a tiddlywinks final.
Embarrassment from top right through to the bottom.
It's one thing for the fans to be obsessed with us, but fuck me the players as well?
The fans are that obsessed with overtaking us on the League front, they've come over all emotional and had to stay in for the day.
And MO is just pitiful.
13mins - Bournemouth have gone home. Utd kicked off anyway. Still 0-0 as Smalling passes it back to De Gea.

But hey, they're man utd, they'll do what they want. And not going to see their team is what they want to do apparently.

Of the parade, the defender Rio Ferdinand said: "It's crazy. We didn't expect so many people to turn out. The last couple of days have been disappointing for us and it could have been a bad summer. But this has picked us up. If someone had told us at the start of the season we would win the Premier League again, we would have taken that."
