In other news, Jeev Milkha Singh leading in the Irish Open.

Is he running away with it yet ?
Quote from: Dion Fanning

The chants for Kenny Dalglish that were heard again on Wednesday do not necessarily mean that the fans see him as the saviour. This is not Newcastle, longing for the return of Kevin Keegan. Simply, Dalglish represents everything Hodgson is not and, in fairness, everything Hodgson could or would not hope to be.

Need another 100 runs at least, and we still have 2 more bowlers that can get a good score.  Just a pity England didnt win the toss. Its embarrassing being bowled out like this by a weak indian bowling attack, just shows how much bad conditions change a game.

Rather than call it embarrassing I would say that they've been undone by some top bowling. The conditions might be very good but you still have to put the ball in the right places with skill.

Sreesanth has bowled very well in the past.

Kumar's figures since his test career started 4 games ago have been nothing but brilliant.

And Ishant has already shown what he can do.

Nothing embarrassing about getting out to those three above with the way they've bowled. Think you're doing them a disservice.

With their bowling attack, the talk in England's dressing room will, I'm sure, be about doing to India exactly what they've just done to England. Having taken 20 Indian wickets in much more batting-friendly conditions at Lords, England have no reason to feel downhearted at this stage. Should be looking to get 200 at this stage, and anything after that would be an absolute bonus.

Bumble really doesn't rate Dhoni as a wicketkeeper does he? Not saying he's the best but he is much better than he has shown in this series so far

That Sreesanth lad was bowling amazingly there. Seems like great bowling conditions and India are bowling very consistently. I would fancy the English bowlers to do some damage too here if they are put in in these conditions this evening.

When the pressure's on to get runs, Broad seems like such a better batsman.. looks like the second coming of Freddy at times, and other times looks completely helpless.

England don't have a tail, even our bowlers can get a decent score, just like the australian sides of old.

Such a good all round team.
