Yeah same, the talent that have won the Player of the Tournament is for all to see, looks a prestigious award that really, seems bar a couple, whoever wins that really comes through the ranks well.

Sterling for player of the tournament? Surely he's got to be England's most dangerous player. Hope all our lads have a great time and get some experience under their belts.
I trust the King, but if we lose a few more on the trot now - he may have to step aside, and we have to purchase another manager in the middle of the season. If we are relegated, this could be the end of our ambitions to win any title the next 100 years.

Quality, can you bet on who will win player of the tournament you reckon? If so would be interesting to see what odds Raheem is at.

Haven't a clue about other players. The only teams I watch at this level are the ones who have our players playing.

Bloody eurosport, are all the games on eurosport.

Two per day. I believe they usually pick a side in each group and show all their games so every team get televised at least once.

Anyone have any idea what the Serbia squad is?

Going to be a busy two weeks so may be behind everyone else but plan to record each game and watch them when I have time. I do enjoy these tournaments, had a look at group A and that looks an intriguing one. As an Arsenal fan, disappointed to see we have nobody playing for England (or for France before anyone says anything) :P but not sure what to make of so many Crewe players in the England squad.

From the Dutch side, midfielder Memphis Depay (PSV) and forward Achahbar (Feyenoord) are two kids to look out for. Chelsea's kid and defender Aké is also selected and Manchester United kid v. Velzen is on the back-up list.

Shame some really talented kids like Locadia already play for the U19 squad while still having the age to play for the U17 squad. But winning youth-tournaments shouldn't be the main goal. If he's good enough for U19, he should play for the U19 squad and not for the U17 squad. The best talent from the Ajax academy, winger Kishna, is injured.

So I wouldn't expect much from this U17 team, although a semi-final should be possible.

The German-Turks are taking over German soccer. :D  German U17 squad:

Odisseas Vlachodimos
Cedric Wilmes
Kaan Ayhan
Nico Perrey
Koray Günter
Cimo Röcker
Levent Aycicek
Mitchell Weiser
Emre Can
Sven Mende
Fabian Schnellhardt
Robin Yalcin
Erich Berko
Okan Aydin
Nils Quaschner
Koray Kacinoglu
Patrick Weihrauch
Samed Yesil

No real super-talents there though. No new Kroos or Götze. Ones to watch are Yesil, a
tricky forward and Aycicek, a midfielder.

Me too, our Youth have been making the headlines all over the world too mate, literally, for instance in Brazil they had a cover on us, which is great considering Brazil are pretty much the home of football, so we will now be so much more attractive to the best youngsters then we were say 2/3 years ago.

Arsenal's sole player that I have found so far, Kyle Ebecilio, and he managed to get himself suspended for the entire elite stage. Tad concerning.

But also a great sign of integration that more and more have both a German and a Turkish parent (Günter, Yalcin and Aycicek).

Sounds like the next Hagi.

Found out he scored 5 in 1 game vs Lithuania (I Think), 9-0 it was, could make him look a bit better than what he is, this one off game.. Still though regardless of scoring 5 vs Lithuania, 8 in 5, and 5 vs Lithuania is still unbelievable
