ok renewed mine by phone this morning it took 5 minutes , was told beforehand that it would cost me extra by phone rather than the internet , fuck the internet trying to keep people in work

, the renewal form is still being sent out , they will send a receipt by post , and checked my loyalty with the lady on the phone , all seems ok , and we will be sent new season ticket cards by the end of july . and joined the autocup scheme by phone too ,
