Luis Suarez leads the line for Liverpool in this afternoon's clash with Manchester United - Andy Carroll is on the bench. Listen live from 1.25pm GMT.

Fabio Aurelio comes in at left-back as Kenny Dalglish makes two changes from the defeat at West Ham. Maxi Rodriguez also starts.

Damn no Agger. The loss of Agger today is, I think, a massive blow to us, and I hope that our team can do well without him.

I spent the last 10 minutes trying to edit my original post! It looks like a busy day for the RAWK server today.

I'm most dissapointed that Agger's out. He's a big, big loss but one player doesn't make a team and all that. Educated guess for formation would be:

I agree, but we have been quite poor without Agger in the past. I am hoping that Gerrard shows a bit of restraint this week and does not leave Lucas to deal with midfield on his own.

A reminder to all that the pre-match thread is locked at kick-off and remains so. No other match commentary is permitted (it just isn't, ask in feedback if you don't get why)

So the mod team will probably as usual spend most of the game locking player threads amongst others when people inevitably ignore the previous......

My match prediction is 2-1. Trying to avoid the pre-match Sky Sports part by watching the FIS Nordic Ski World Champs in Oslo - some awesome stuff.

Sublime pass from Lucas to Kuyt. Not highlight material but a flawless pass nontheless. Kuyt's cross is blocked however and a (Gerrard) corner comes to nothing
