Blind faith is faith based only on intuition. Nothing in NESV's history suggests that they are anything other than an organization committed to winning. To believe otherwise is to abandon objectivity at the present time. H&G by contrast had a demonstrated history of suspect management of sports clubs prior to a leveraged purchase of LFC. Most of the criticisms directed towards NESV thus far are of a grassy knoll nature. What ownership group would you rather have within the Premier League? Monsour? Abramonivic? What should that tell you?

If I wanted to root for football manager in real life I'd be a City supporter. I don't, and I'm not. I think that's true of most people "licking NESV arse."

Much as I despise the kneejerk reaction of so many quims I do think there's an argument to be made that the timing of the Torres transfer request wasn't just coincidence.

If this had been G&H then we'd have all been wearing silver foil hats and saying with good reason that they'd known about the sale of Torres and the PR machine was put into action to ensure a good news story to prevent the fans from going complete shit fit. I'd hasten to add I don't believe that Fenway are anything like them but the jury's clearly still out

All the criticism of NESV I've seen show blind faith - blind faith that NESV are doing it all wrong.

That's going to alienate you from people who are judging them on the available information.

You're the sheep in this situation, filling in the blanks in a negative and accusative way. Showing a blind lack of faith and then accusing others of blind faith just makes you look a tit.

Also, yes the removed Hodgson but arguably took too long to do so. They could have done it when they first arrived, or after any number of desperate league defeats. And bringing back Dalglish was a no-brainer This transfer window again, after all the talk and barring a late transfer its 57 million out and 57 million in, net transfer value 0, with a large wage reduction in the offing from Torres to Carroll offsetting the wages Suarez will receive. I'm not blaming the owners, I'm not saying they are hoodwinking us, I am saying judgement is still reserved.
