The stalls outside the ground on matchdays and in Liverpool City Centre other days sell them mate :)

has a shop near the flat iron pub, go left of the sandon and the garage away from the ground and he's on the left, first one i know of that started selling them, doesn't appear to have any on the website though, he does post on here and is about on facebook as Hat Scarf Badge.

Saw that scarf on the broadcast the other day and have been frantically trying to find a way to get one shipped overseas!
