Fulham pre-match conference probably. Don't they do them all at Anfield now? As opposed to Melwood.

I'd love it to be a player reveal but it seems more than likely to just be the normal pre-match stuff. They usually do it two days before, so with it being on Wednesday it'd make sense.

Game was postponed till Wednesday. I assume people booked months in advance.

Fulham match was postponed, so any pre-bookings of the tour that coincide with the new conference date/match will be cancelled.

So what we have to follow so far:

-Suarez says he wants to come to England.
-Mido says he is 90% sure he is coming to us.
-He apparently was at Melwood today, but if someone saw him going in, then surely he would have to come back out, which no-one has reported. So I think that is rubbish.
-Kenny is doing everything behind closed doors, as it should be, so we should be trusting in that.
-Would they necessarily open Anfield for a signing like this? I know they did for Torres, but 20m was a big amount of money 4 years ago.

Yeah agreed for us it's a massive amount, but look what the lad has returned for the money. If i knew we could buy players at 20 million with the value he has supplied as a owner would splash out everytime. The thing is we cannot guarantee they will live up to the hype.

Since 2005. Bent played about a dozen games more, and imo makes his record more impressive given the fact Rooney and Drogba have been playing in league winning sides in that time.

Just out of curiosity, I've just tried to book a tour of the stadium and museum via the official site; had a choice of all the time slots for Monday 24th January, both on and off peak and got as far as paying without any mention of them not happening.

My take is that getting that far with no mention of cancelled tours means one of two things: 1) the Club is letting people book the tours and taking their money only to say that they're cancelled tomorrow and you can either re-book immediately or get a vouchers for another day so that they've got their money regardless of them coming or not (doubtful given the way the owner seem to be working and what I seem to remember as a law governing internet purchases that allows a 14 day cooling off period) or 2) that rumour of them being cancelled isn't right.

I would've thought you can book the tour. I would imagine that they would make it clear because people could be coming from anywhere and travelling to come to the stadium.

If the club have cottoned on that people are checking the stadium tours then maybe they've addressed that and made sure it's not a source of speculation any more.
