Let my friend play a free version on my ipod last week, he played for 20 minutes and later at home purchased a full PC version for himself

It's amazing, you have mobs trying to kill you and you explore finding stuff, building amazing stuff! Get the free classic version and you'll see how good it is!

i made a mountain of lava next to my house if anyone wants to make obsidien or anything. Plus it makes my fortress look like the home of a bond villain.

What specs do you have on your computers/laptops so it doesnt lag? I get a slight lag with an Acer Aspire 5733

god knows mate, Im just on the PC. Dont know how to get specs and that up.

I know I cant have all the minecraft in-game settings on full though.

does anyone know if you can make a swimming pool more than 1 block deep? like iv got the big pool and took away alot of ground and built a wall, and i keep adding buckets of water to it but it doesnt get any deeper? and I can dig down because theres a tunnel underneath it!

I'm not sure about making it deeper. Try places blocks right up until its 1 layer deep. Fill that, then dig below. Think thats the only way.

Fill the tunnel beneath it to the depth you want the pool then keep adding buckets of water to it, it'll fill up.

done this and it worked, cheers

then climbed up a tower that I made and looked down to what looked like an octupus swimming about then quickly dissappeared!

1. Depends if you're patient as it takes patience to play, dig your mines and build what you want.
2. Not long, you can get into the basics of it in about 10 minutes.
3. Both.

1. I think so.
2. not long at all, although it does help to have a minecraft wiki open in another tab to see how to make certain things.
3. Both, although I do prefer having other people playing in the same world, but you can get a lot of hours in on your own before getting too bored anyway.

I've got a server but I tend to play it in 'waves', usually when me and my mates want to build something or if I've seen Minecraft related stuff online.

Been playing the Xbox version recently, It's not too bad, just a shame they have put such a small world limit on, but I'm sure things like that will be changed in the update whenever that comes out.

It's not a mod but a mob that spawns near NPC villages. I think it depends on when the RAWK server was created as the map may not have NPC villages.

Think it was only created max a month ago. But I haven't seen any villages whatsoever so I'm not sure.
