Blackpool (h) sale
« on: September 8, 2010, 08:37:27 PM »
So, the members' sale for this is tomorrow. For some reason I had it in my diary for today, either they changed it or I'm going mad. :o

Anyway, can't see it being much of a problem.

It was supposed to be yesterday, moved to Thursday due to "Major Upgrade works" taking place (despite that they can still sell Northampton, Sunderland and the Europa League???? ::)

If I buy a ticket but can't make it, does that mean I have to give my card to someone else? If that's the case, is that allowed and is that all they need to get in? :wave

Ah right, glad I wasn't completely cracking up! Thought it was quiet when I logged on just before 8am. ;D

Yeah, if you buy it on your members' card and want to keep the loyalty you'll have to pass your card on. Best to also pass on the receipt (if you get one that is!) and maybe the text with the seat details too. To be extra sure, you could always let the TO know what you're doing and they should be fine with it - and make sure the person you're passing it on to knows a few details about you in case they're quizzed - it's unlikely though. Provided they don't wander around like they've never been to a game before they'll most likely be able to walk straight through, no questions. :)

How many tickets can you buy with one fan card? I need six tickets for this one and I only have three fan cards to use.

One per card in the members' sale so you'll have to wait for the general sale/late availability for the rest I'm afraid.

If your cards are just Fancards and not Members' cards you can only use the general sale anyway, and I think it's a limit of 4 online per Fancard or 6 on the phones, unless that's changed.

They are Members' Cards. I will buy three tickets tomorrow and three from general sale then hoping that it will go down to general sale.

I'm sure there'll deffo be returns/late availability, there was for both Arsenal and West Brom. Just keep an eye out on here or .tv as much as you can.

Yeah I'm not worrying. I will get six tickets one way or another no doubt about it. Was just hoping to get six tickets together.

I think they only sell 25% of the tickets on the phones though, So your chances are better online, But online you pay £2.50 extra per ticket, while on the phones its £0.50. But plus call costs...

Stop moaning and be glad that it's so simple nowadays. Or would you rather not being able to log on and end up spending the whole morning trying for tickets and not being successful?

Maybe some of us are more relaxed about it now. I like to get tickets in 304/5/6 so feel the need to get in early; quite like the buzz as well and haven't forgot the 2-3hrs at a time I used to spend on the phones. Notice Sunderland tickets are still available.
