I had this afternoon off and decided to go fishing at a river I love to go to. No one's usually there, and they definitely wouldn't be considering how cold it is right now, so I walk through freezing cold water for about a mile to get to my favorite spot, build a fire, set everything up, and expect the next four hours of sunlight to be relaxing, serene, and therapeutic. It was, besides some animal on the other side of the river shuffling around for the entire time. I spent the majority of my relaxing afternoon trying to spot some invisible animal that was trolling me. Every minute or so it would take two or three steps, just enough where I couldn't locate the sound, and I swear it only did it when I was looking away.
Otherwise, it was nice to be on the river again
