Don't like it when people laugh at their own jokes before they even get to the punchline.  :no I feel like slitting my wrists every time I watch twats like Billy Connolly or even worse Michael fucking McIntyre. Just tell the bloody joke, if you're gonna laugh then just give yourself a golden star for being such a gift to mankind instead of ruining it.

Even worse is when people chuckle and you ask them "What's so funny?" and they respond "Nothing," Has gotten to the point where i hold some sort of immature grudge against the perpetrator until they redeem themselves.

I do both of those things. The chuckle then say nothing thing is because it's something I remembered and it would take ages to explain and it wouldn't even be funny to you so it'd be awkward and pointless. ;D

So do I, the former annoys me because half the time it's not funny.

I guess that would be the obvious thing to do, I need to be more assertive, I just hate any form of confrontation when it isn't neccesary, I just didn't think this would happen. But yea good point, even though it's usually around 11/12 at night and I'll probably be waking up my apt manager, it will prob get the point across quicker.
Post a blistering critique on RAWK, that'll show them.

When I'm on RAWK and laugh and the mrs is there and I laugh, she always asks what's funny. But it invariably would take half an hour to explain and not be funny. So I say "nothing"

My missus would agree. Really gets on her nerves when she asks what I'm laughing at and I usually just say 'you wouldn't understand.'

I understand why people do it - I even do it meself sometimes (obviously i punish myself later with a few cracks of the whip, as you do) but it's one those irrational things that I just wish didn't exist.

Also, there are 2 variants. Those who don't explain their spontaneous laughter for convenience and the twats who only do it to get some attention. They can fuck right off. If I wanted to pay attention or talk to you I'd start up a conversation ffs. Dont just leave a cliffhanger and let me toil in wonder of what might have been if I had heard what could easily have been the funniest joke of all time of which I have now been deprived since you decided you'd rather remind me that you're still there for no particular reason.

mine doesn't get mad. She's been on a message board or two so knows there are in jokes. Plus she has facebook and does the same now and then.

Have this over-opinionated twat of a friend who thinks the sun shines out his own arse, his opinion is the only one that matters, etc.
Winds me up to no end having a discussion or argument with him as he belittles any statement with justification made to try and make his own points seem superior.

Sits there and talks about how hockey and basketball aren't sports because one player can single-handedly win you a game on any given night but that baseball is the only true sport in North America... Feel like telling him to do one and get fucked  :no

Am not familiar with CSA, is it through a court order? if it is go after him right away don't hold back.
