Gotland I think? It's a week long political shindig a bit like our party conferences I suppose. Though in Sweden it's just an excuse for the the politicians and media to get shit drunk and fuck each other, allegedly.

When asked about the current owners - "Tom and George will ALWAYS walk alone! I'm very disappointed with them. They did not support Benitez(the former Manager), and failed to give him the right conditions needed in which to do his job"

When talking about Benitez - "I thought he was great. I was never one of the people who wanted to see him go".

On the future for the club - "I want to see new and proper owners - now".

Lars Ohly is currently running for government in the upcoming Swedish Elections.

During a live debate on Swedish TV4 on 18 September 2006, the day after the Swedish general election, Ohly caused some controversy when he raised his middle finger to the right-wing commentator Marie Söderqvist who called his leadership style typical of a communist. Ohly later apologized and said that he experienced a "temporary blackout".

That made me smile as well. He turned up a the end of Debatt this evening, no idea what he was talking about

, but he seems a genuinly nice fella.

I think Chris Härenstam (SVT) is a red. Not very high profile though, but he's commentating the WC final.
Maybe a few mails could make him mention something about the owners if Kuyt or Torres plays the final? Something like "det är osäkert om Torres stannar i LFC med tanke på de dåliga ägarna."
