OK guys, lets sort Jonny out with his money that he has laid out.Jonny, if you can refer to my post on the previous page, do you think you can get a financial figure by Monday mate? If you can I will sort the paypal account out and post the details in here. People can then donate £5 into the fund (or more / less depending on circumstance) and at the end of one month we can give that directly to Jonny. Are you OK with that Jonny.I would suggest that Jonny then removes from that fund what he is owed (it may be that he sells all of the shirts in the next month with a bit of luck) and then the remainder can go to the Hillsborough appeal etc.If all shirts are sold in the interim then Jonny gets his money and the Hillsborough appeal gets a nice little windfall. If no more shirts sold then we cover Jonny's debt and maybe a little bit over.If someone wants to do this with me in case they think I will be off with the money then that is not a problem. I guess it is a question of trust really that I will be honourable.Jonny I was the guy who p.m'd you at the beginning with an offer to warehouse the shirts before you got sorted with Viga, don't know if you recall that.Anyway guys, lets make sure the man is sorted and not left out of pocket. Jonny's shirt has gone global and brought our situation to the forefront of many peoples mind with questions asked about our situation and raised awareness. If we would have to pay a PR company it would have cost many thousands to get the impact that Jonny's initiative has made.If anyone has any other input or can think of a better way to get Jonny sorted then lets hear it. The guy put his own money up so lets get it back for him.Cheers
I'm with you all the way Sweeper
I use body glide, find it much better than Vaseline
Most of your eyes are about as much use as Stevie Wonders binoculars....Even your ja ps eye is a busted flush
Anyway - I'm not back in here for long I'm still running about the place like an idiot, but I'll try and get my own stock volumes posted up here later tonight.
Looking for one for my young fella, he's only 5 but is in the 8-10 sizes due to height. What's left of the YM sizes ? (28"/30")
Go a couple of pages back mate, jonny posted a list of the stock.
Well spotted Rich.Christ knows how I ended up on a page from June and thought it was a recent one.If I'd have spotted it in June though, my response to the feller would be the same.Anyone with that mindset and attitude is worrying.
He's made Kaizer wet himself with excitement then cry when he realises all in one post. Ban him? Knight him in the new year's honours!
Jonny - shocking that there's a chance you'll be out of pocket. As mentioned by others, if you work out exactly how much you're down by then I'm definitely on for contributing towards making up the difference. Send us a PM if/when you're collecting.Cheers,Tom
Last post I can find is from a week or so ago - the post yesterday morning was only concerning the Adult stock at Viga.My own fault for not ordering it earlier
For those who were asking whether better to order from me or from Viga direct - its definitely the latter
Sorry to ask this, but was just wondering how the sizes came up. Would probably order a couple of XL's, but with Viga being out of stock I'm weighing up a L+XXL. Didn't want to wait for the new stock to come in as one of the shirts is for my Grandad's birthday next friday.Cheers.
i originally ordered a large but found out that they were quite big so changes the order to a medium, becuase some fella said he was 6ft 2 well built and it was still hanging off him slightly... judging by that i would say the L should be fairly big? ( his quote is back some pages if you can be bothered searching haha)
Been mentioned before, but......................get one framed up. It'll be a fantastic reminder for years to come. Looking for a different pressie for someone for Xmas, framing costs around £60-£80.
But like the jet engine, there's sadly very little this country does better than having the raw materials to do something truly amazing that would benefit the whole of society only to piss it away due to a total lack of long term thinking and/or suspicion of anything European.
I think an L would be too tight on you. An XXl might be a little bit on the baggy side but an L is deffo out. From what I recall you were taller than I and you sure can put the booze away fella
Brilliant piccy that mate, I hope you don't mind, I've copied it onto OTK. I've also passed on the suggestion about helping Jonny out if he ends up out of pocket.Jonny was very circumspect about suggesting that people on here might have reneged on the deal, I have no such qualms: have a long, hard look at yourselves, you shameless bastards.
Been a bit of a lurker on here for a while but was so shocked to read that people were sending their shirts back that I had to join to post that I've just bought another shirt and will happily donate as well.
As a little extra, add.........LEST WE FORGET...........as a little inscription.
I like that or you could have it put on the back of the shirt and still wear it
