I went a Danish wedding a few years back & it was a great laugh. Don't remember cabbages, but every time the bride left the room all the women mobbed the groom for a kiss & vice versa when the groom went out. I remember you couldn't catch anyone's eye on the table without then having to raise your glass and toast them enthusiastically with whatever lethal brew you were drinking at the time. Was absolutley poleaxed within a couple of hours & spent the rest of the evening trying to avoid eye contact. Then oops upside yer head came on & it was much like an English do.

Here in Denmark the bride and groom are walking through a "gate" or "tunnel", when they leave the church. I have no idea what it symbolizes. Usually it's old friends from the army, and that's why most of the time, it's swords that are used to create the gate.

(like here, when the danish prince was married........ again)

Daniel never served, so i think it's some of the young players from his old club, Rosenhøj, who are holding the footballs in the air.

By the way, i love looking into peoples eyes at wedding!

When I read the thread title, I thought "Pacheco got married too quick" until I read on and saw it was Agger.

Congratulations to him! Brought a smile to my face after some tragic news earlier.
