You always get these guys on here, who get emotional wound up after a big win. It's when we lose, it's a different story. Manager isn't beyond reproof, but he does need our support.

I am an OOTer and I normally come to L4 by getting on a supporter's club bus. I know a lot of people might resent that. But I was fucking seething by the amount of new faces on the bus yesterday, just cus we were playing a team that people have heard of. I'm not professing to be a great fan, but I go to as many games as I can afford to, and I don't pick and choose. Everyone wants to go to the biggest games, but I guarantee there were people who missed out on tickets for yesterday's great game to people that haven't been all season.

This all didn't become very apparent to me though until half way through the journey, I looked over to the two people opposite me, father and son, both reading a copy of the fucking S*n. Couldn't fucking believe it. Not even sharing a copy, bought 2 of the fucking things. The more I looked around, the more glory hunting gobshites I saw. These people don't understand about the club, the city, the history or the future. They just want to go back to work the next day, after stealing a proper fan's seat, and say 'I was at Anfield yesterday, the atmosphere was amazing.' I was sat in lower Anny Road, so naturally a lot of these were sat around. No one even thought about singing anti-yank chants, probably didn't even know what they were about. These fucking whoppers should stay at home. Fuck off is right

Torres looked sluggish and tired against Birmingham, probably something to do with that injury to his right knee that nobody, for some reason, believes is actually injured. Thats why he came off. It was only a "Daft decision" because of Ngog being very unlucky in front of goal. If one of those chances went in, we wouldnt be having this conversation.

Well Billy, we'll agree to disagree. Maybe Rafa could see into the future and maybe if he kept Torres on, Torres might have broken his leg somehow, like our old buddy Cisse. Therefore ruling out of the Benfica game, season and World Cup.

Just seen this, and i have to agree... Benitez has been good for this club, full stop. No manager in 25 years past of this club has won a European Trophy, no mug wins a trophy like this or win La Liga's, UEFA and FA Cups.
