just had the call and i was pleasantly suprised at how nice she was on the phone, wasn't expecting any grumpy bugger but was taken a back when she wished me a good trip!

If the TO gives you a call but you can't answer the phone, what happens next? Do they call back, do you have to call them or they just give you the ticket anyway?

Were just waiting on one of the lads to sort the tickets out and then its all confirmed! Mini bus onto euro star then to Lille! Could potentially be a classic trip this!

its been nice having these early kick offs and having some free time after the match gives it all a really relaxed feel, could just be me though

tickets coming in at £33.50 according to the sweetness that phoned me

sent it in by express courrier on thursday afternoon and it was delivered before 1pm on friday !!!

you could give them a bell if you aint got anything logged by monday.

My application from Tuesday was not logged this afternoon. So the TO recommended that I fax my application and POT for Bucaresti.

One hour later and I'm sorted.

Get onto them if your qualify and haven't heard anything.

went to pick up our 2 this afternoon,called in the hjc shop to get a couple of badges,asked how the lad was who was taken ill on the flite to bucharest and had to make a emergency landing in sardinia,was made up to hear he is now back home...

Same experience here this morning - lovely lady named Sue called me. As it is I've actually dealt a couple of times with her, also in person at the TO window, and it's always been service with a smile. TO take a lot of stick (and often rightly so), but credit where it's due!

They're always nice! I always wanna chat to them but feel like I should get off the phone cos there's a thousand other people chewing their nails waiting for a phonecall. The girl that rang me today was called Abbey. I was gonna ask if she was now called Santander but thought she might delete me from the system

I read somewhere 'official' (can't remember when or where) that if you don't answer then they leave a message. If they can't get hold of you they won't issue the ticket. To be honest I've always been too paranoid to miss their call. I put about 3 different numbers on mine, as well as making sure all my mates put their numbers on their forms. I even had my phone in the shower with me today, which incidentally is when I got the call

i invested in an answer phone when we moved a few yrs ago in case i missed a call, happened once or twice the last few years and they've left a message telling me i've got the tickets and they'll be posted out as soon as.

Sometimes i've put love notes in with the apps and they've just sent them out without a phone call.
