Watch him in the first 15 minutes of the Stoke game again. It is probably the worst 15 minutes by any player this season. He didn't get that much better during the rest of the match.

Seems like a good line up. Degen on the right making up for Carra's lack of pace. Aquilani in the Gerrard role. My Ideal day would be 3-0 Aquilani, Maxi and Pacheco, Aquilani with the assists...

Decent team in the circumstances. Would have liked to have seen Maxi start, but Rafa knows his fitness better than us.
