Australian TV ads sux. :tosser

I agree 100%. The one with that old bloke as well. "Fantasticer". Idiot.

There was a tampon ad where a guy was using them to keep a cat entertained because of the string on the end. Stupid ad and the amount of tampon adverts on Aussie TV is getting ridiculous.

I hate those PPI adverts that are shown repeatedly throughout the day, there is one in particular with some cheesey looking bellend with a voice over. Go and fook off you annoying bastard.
Whilst I am at it, there is another one advertising online bingo, its clearly aimed at birds and layabouts, its ludicrous.

They must assume that anyone at home during the day is either a housewife or unemployed, and therefore try to pray on their need for money.

They should do one about a car with reversing sensors with the caption " so simple even a woman can do it " and watch the shit hit the fan ;)
I'll just leave this here for you...  http://owni.eu/2010/11/08/top-48-ads-that-would-never-be-allowed-today/

Regarding the Go Compare adverts; Eddie, my little boy (just shy of a year old) is absolutely obsessed with them.  I mean completely and totally obsessed.  No matter what is happening, no matter what he's doing or how happy/angry/sad or whatever he is, as soon as the music starts he stops dead and just sits, mouth open, completely silent and still, just gawping at it.  The second it stops he's straight back to doing whatever it was he was doing before.

I'm fairly certain it all comes from the milkman's side of the family.

Any of the computer game adverts that look brilliant and then up pop the words "Not in game footage". Thats like an advert for a Ford Fiesta but they show a Ferarri with the words "Not the actual car being advertised"

Perfurme and aftershave adverts always seem to imply that men with six packs all wear them. Can't they use some chubby bloke next time? I'd more likely go for their brand then.

Me too. It's brilliant.
"My coach told me to warm up just before the break. He told me I was going to take care of Kaka. I didn't think it was possible to turn things around but in the dressing room at halftime Rafa Benitez was calm - "We are Liverpool FC, we have so many fans, we are not going to be slaughtered. My lad was like that at about 1 year old with Go Compare, now he's nearly two he loves the Italian guy in the Ladbrokes adverts and the one with the dog and his cuddly toy rabbit that the chap is about to throw away and he plays a video of all the good times he's spent with him - haven't got a fucking clue what it's advertising.

Looks like it might be this Harvey one some people have mentioned earlier

That Kia Ceed advert makes my blood boil. I hate that fallen in love song (don't know why but I do.. can't fucking stand it) but the fact is that this advert features an even more utterly bollocks version of the song and they've blatantly ripped off the Porkka Playboys Bohemian Rhapsody video. Give me 5 minutes to re-do this advert and we'll see how your shitty Kia stands up to an RPG.
