My email doesnt always tell me if a new post has been added so i read through the last 2 pages to make sure ive read all the posts as the thread was moving a bit briskly lately. Im surprised my wall doesnt have big dents in it. Its like pulling teeth in here

Ive been wracking my brain trying to think of how to help but im fucked if ive come up with something. I went to bed early last night because I've been nauseaous and had headaches (insert puns re me being a woman here) for 2 straight days. Slept for 11 hours straight. So looks like I needed it.

From where I sit it boils down to a simple choice for Paul, does he want a life with Becs and his new baby or does he want to drink, that simple, choose one or the other, because cant have both.

Choosing the family life is hard, it will never be easy, every day will be a struggle and temptation will always be there, he will stumble and fall, but hopefully get back up and carry on.

However it seems he will choose the drink, because its easier, because he says he doesnt actually have a problem with it, because ultimately its what he wants and he is an addict even if he wont admit it to himself.

Its his life and only he can decide if he wants to fuck it up or not.

It's not stupid at all and I thought the exact same for long enough. In a way though it's selfish because although i never gave a toss about myself i was putting the people around me through hell.
